Beyond disappointed in your customer service. From now on if purchasing Free People will only do so through Nordstroms. Ordered a dress for my daughter at $89.95 on sale. When i recieved it the price tag had a price of $49.95. Called customer service to request a price adjustment. COuldnt help me but said i would hear back via e-mail. Recived an e-mail asking for a picture of price tag on 9/30. Responded that day with the picture. Have sent 3 addtional e-mails and zero response. Called again friday only to be told that i should hear back in 48 hours. If i dont hear back by tomorrow and recieve the price adjustment i will return the dress. You are losing a customer over such poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time purchasing furniture from Anthropologie and was the worst customer service experience ever! Your third-party delivery service, Metropolitan, did not show up when they were supposed to, lied and said I was never on the schedule when I have two confirming voicemails to prove that I was, took over 2 weeks to process the return, did not have any paperwork for us to sign when they picked up the furniture, and then only credited us for half of the order. Unacceptable!

A colleague suggested this place for a post meeting lunch. Very fun and creative vibe with a view of an air craft carrier. Decent food too!
