Bills Sports Cards is not being honest and need to make this right:
I’ve gone to a few athlete autograph signings here as well as bought some memorabilia and up until now I haven’t had any issues. In April of 2024 I bought tickets to their Whit Merrifield autograph event that was scheduled for that May but postponed to August. When Merrifield was released by the team, it was announced that they were going to try and get him to honor this engagement, which ultimately did not happen. From August of 2024 until now, I’ve reached out over a dozen times to try and establish if they were going to straight refund me or issue store credit. I left voicemails that didn’t get returned, I spoke to people in store that said they’d call back but never did, and sent Facebook messages that never got answered. Periodically I checked my bank account to see if I had missed it. I checked every single transaction from that date until now and searched by several keywords to truly make sure I didn’t miss it. I still haven’t seen such a refund on my bank statement. It hadn’t truly bothered me as I assumed that this is a good company and they’ll make it right sooner or later. This past week I participated in an auction on their Facebook page and won. Within the hour, they messaged me looking for payment. I asked if they could deduct what should have been refunded from the amount of the item I won, and now I’m not getting responses and I’ve noticed that the post for that item has been deleted while others remain up.
Very dishonest business practices.

Horrible communication paid money for item. It’s been four weeks. I have not received it. I’ve asked to have shipping information so I could track package. He has stopped responding to me since last week at this point I would strongly recommend staying away from this company and I impression fraud charges and if anybody else has any issues, please feel free to reach out and contact me as I will be obtaining a lawyer also. This is an absolute joke and this is the second time now why I had to track them down I did originally get the first one, but this one I cannot get no information Nor does he want to contact me back? there’s a straight up theft And I would strongly urge people to do really in death evaluation before doing any business with this unethical person who thinks it is OK to take peoples money and ignore everybody, And a police report has been filed and we’ll go that route since he wants to be unethical and more all over $115

I drove 45 mins to get here to have some football cards looked at because there ad says buys cards the guy said he was not the card guy I asked to talk to the card guy the man replied he won't look at your cards take them to a car show..WTF does a car show have to do with football cards.. Total waste of time and gas..

Great place, was there for a Phillies autograph Tanner Banks. Tanner couldn't have been nicer. The owner was great. friendly. had great products at the store. And very competitive price too. Have to make many returns to this shop... it's wonderful!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. I was very excited to purchase a couple autograph helmets. The website said they only had 2 left so I bought both, paid for them through PayPal. Went back on the website the next day and they had 3 more of the same helmets. So they lied about how many they had. 2 days after that, I get an email from PayPal, NOT BILLS, saying they're issuing a refund. They cancelled my order No explanation. Unbelievable. I've called and left messages with zero response. Very unprofessional.

I called in the phone and a women answeres. I called trying to find out about eagles jerseys. She put me on hold. And. Although they were trying to help me I called at a busy time . So I stopped in they didn't know if they had the jersey I needed but they had the mystery boxes which my son also wanted. So I was able to get the mystery box. The gentleman and the lady were very helpful on the phone and in person. I would definitely go back again.

Great little shop!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful!!! Huge variety of memorabilia!!! Plus Postal Services and Lottery!!! If you're tired of waiting in line at the Post Office it's a great alternative!!! Highly recommended!!!
