I did appointment in 1 hours with H&R Block at Academy plaza and was surprised to be greeted in a professional manner by my tax pro but he clearly explained every detail of going over my tax preparation documentation and fees. She went over everything every next step to call IRS and which papers I suppose to send them to avoid penalties.Tatsiana was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to me as she was working .
