Changed back to boost after trying other carriers financed me a hoopty phone, something to make sure I can get calls text and play my games on.
Phone came got it activated smooth transition from simple mobile back to boost my bill was due on 2/15 had someone go into the store to make payment for me they would not take my cash payment in-store, their reason because I applied online and payments are auto pay advised I buy a boost card to load payments on!? Da fuq!!! I will keep the service but I gotta admit they were a lot easier to deal with when the chirps was popping.

I had a really disappointing experience at this boost mobile location. First off its half boost mobile and half smoke shop you have to walk through the smoke shop to get to the boost mobile section. When I arrived there was a sign saying someone will be back in 20 minutes. I waited the full 20 mintues but nobody ever showed up. The lack of service and organization was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this location unless they make some big changes.

For cal, text, and unlimited data, the monthly cost is reasonable. Especially if you're flipping from one cell network to theirs. Upgrade or new cell phone and half the monthly rate in which I was paying, outstanding. Plus 5G, nice. Overall nice incentive.

There selection of accessories was very poor. (No holsters just a limited variety of cases.)So now I must go to another carrier (METRO or CRICKET)to get what I can't get from my own carrier.
