Don’t buy no phones from boost Mobile on 60th and market the lady that works there. She’s very disrespectful she rude. She talk to Black people like trash. She’s not helpful. She’s always in someone’s conversation or in someone’s business when someone is talking to someone my child had went there concerning a phone That she had purchased the lady finesse my baby out of her money. She start talking to her like she was a kid she called the cops on my child for no reason. I will never ever purchase a phone from That store a day in my life They have the worst customer service ever

The woman that waited on me, I think Jenny, was very nice & helpful. She spent a lot of time transferring data from my old phone to my new one for me. The only complaint I have is I didn't get an adapter to plug in the outlet. Just a cable/cord. When you pay $320.00 for a phone it should come with an adapter to plug into an outlet to charge it.
