I have been a Boost Mobile customer for about 8 years now, but my neighborhood store has been bought-out and hasn't reopened, which is why I had to go to the one in the Adam's Shopping Center. My son needed an upgrade, and the person working was professional, explained things properly, and we walked away after paying under $200 for a new Samsung phone.
