Initially, I just wanted to take the dress in, do some simple alterations and add a bustle which she was more than happy to do. After my first fitting, I decided I wanted to add a new feature to my neckline and reached out to Malgo to get her help getting it done. “Where do I even start. Kim from the moment I met her made my experience absolutely a dream. She was our first stop during my dress search and I ended up finding the one after trying on a bunch of different options. She carries so many beautiful gowns for all body types and preferences. Every penny we spent on my dress was worth it because of how special Kim made me feel and how wonderful of an experience me and my mom had for such a huge moment in my life.After getting my dress back after alterations I am so sad I won’t have regular visits to see Kim and her team. When I say they are so caring and passionate about helping you I truly mean it. We lost my stepdad a couple months ago and we’re officially a month out from my big day so it’s been extremely emotional during this process of alterations. Alessandra the seamstress that does in house alternations created a custom veil for me to surprise my mom with to honor my step dad. It’s absolutely breathe taking and she is extremely talented! “Yesterday, I went dress shopping at The Wedding Factor, and I was incredibly lucky to work with Stella. The experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Even before my appointment, Stella made a lasting impression. She called the day prior to introduce herself, learn about my preferences, and walk me through what to expect. She thoughtfully addressed my concerns about feeling confident in a gown and shared that she would capture photos throughout the appointment so my guests could stay present and fully enjoy the moment with me. That conversation alone eased my nerves and made me genuinely excited.
When I arrived, Stella greeted me and my guests with such warmth. Stacy, one of the owners, also introduced herself and helped prepare the space for my private appointment her kindness and confidence in Stella immediately stood out. From the start, every detail felt intentional, even down to the fun “bride” robe waiting for me.
Having visited other salons beforehand, I can honestly say this experience was completely different. While those appointments were pleasant, I never quite felt like a bride until this one.
Stella took the time to connect with me and my guests, learn about my fiancé and our story, and truly understand my style. She was mindful of my budget, transparent about pricing, and thoughtful in selecting dresses that aligned with both my vision and body type. I had been nervous about sample sizes, but she made the entire process feel comfortable and encouraging.
The very first dress she chose one I wouldn’t have picked myself changed everything. The moment I put it on, I felt beautiful, excited, and, for the first time, like a bride. I even started to tear up.
After trying a few more stunning options, I went back to that first dress. Stella carefully re-fitted it, then added a veil, handed me a bouquet, and gave me a quiet moment to take it all in. It was incredibly emotional in the best way. When she opened the curtain to my friends and family, everyone was beaming. There were happy tears all around (including Stella’s, which made the moment even more special). She captured beautiful photos that I’ll cherish forever.
One of the most meaningful parts came when Stella had me face the mirror and guided me through a series of reflective questions helping me focus on how I felt and what the dress truly meant. Answering them brought me fully into the moment, and for the first time, I genuinely felt beautiful.
I can’t express how grateful I am for Stella and the entire Wedding Factor team. The care, intention, and heart they put into this experience made it unforgettable not just for me, but for everyone who shared the day with me. It’s a memory I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.”

“This was the best dress experience! Having been to two other salons, the service offered and dresses available were unmatched.

Upon arrival, my whole group was offered champagne and water. We then got to look through all the dresses together and pull ones to try on. Odelia helped us out and I feel so lucky - she was amazing!! Kind, clear, and so low pressure. She encouraged only fun and learning more about the dresses I liked.

Ultimately, the second dress I tried on was the one I chose! She helped accessorize the look and also took photos of me and my group along the way. I came in with the lowest of expectations and left feeling so excited to wear my dress in November.
