I rented a car from here it was for my wedding weekend for my wife to be to get around first off I was given the wrong color car secondly it was dirty thirdly it needed new breaks we where unable to take pictures because of the car being dirty and it being the wrong color I will be contacting your corporate office very soon I wouldn't recommend renting from here

My rental process was very lastin because another rental company I have dealt with for years wanted to create issues out of the most minor things and charged a large fee on top of and additional 400.00 hold.I did my rental through Uber and 3:20pm and was picking the car up by 4:00 pm. Everything was super quick and easy and now stupid large amount of money was charged on addition to a very large hold of funds.End result Budget $255.00Other company wanted $819.00For the same car.

I’d leave no stars if I could. After a 5 hour train ride with my family to attend a family wedding, the car was dirty inside and out. It took two hours to get a hold of Budget management both by phone or website and then we got hung up on. I had to spend $30 of my own money to get the car cleaned. Went to drop car off and there was no agent there. They were late. I won’t be using Budget again.

I book the reservation for my aunt for a SUV at Hertz and my aunt happened to go to budget. My aunt went to Hertz and they told her they didn't have the SUV so my aunt went back to budget and the lady at the counter was phenomena awesome great she took over the reservation that I had booked at Hertz and provided to SUV for my aunt . For being a great and awesome worker for the Avis company which I use to work for she represents outstanding customer service kudos to her for going above and beyond to make sure she takes care of her customers may you prosperous and grow and one day have your own I recommend budget to anyone at this location as long as she's helping you guys have a great day

Absolutely filthy. Couldn't get in trunk cause I had no gloves to protect me from the filth. They even left dirty socks in glove compartment. I need a shower after that ride.... eeewww

First off, the customer service is non existent. The cars aren’t cleaned and or sanitized between renters. This location is centered in the middle of an Amtrak station and don’t allow after-hour drop offs. Which makes no sense to me. The customer service number located on their online “contact us” page connects to a representative with a heavy accent so communication is a bit off. I never had this many issues with Budget in the past. This was a stressful experience.

Never again will I book with budget, save your time and money. I never leave reviews but I got quoted at $110 for a car that I used less than a day, and they charged me $260. There was over $130 in hidden fees they did not tell me about, including not telling me gas was $10 a gallon for them but on their app during precheck in, it CLEARLY states that the rate you would get per gallon is comparable to market value. They also upgraded my vehicle for a charge that I did not agree to and gave me insurance I didnt ask for. This place will scam you out of so much money I am done using them and I wouldn't recommend anyone do.

This was my first time renting from Budget.. I rented the vehicle for a month. The car was great! However the supervisor at the Bala cynwyd location treated me poorly and unfair. He refused to address my concerns. He was extremely unprofessional and appeared completely careless. His behavior did not represent Budget’s mission statement by a long shot. I am so disappointed and hurt. I will never do business with this company again and would never recommend anyone to do so either. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!!!

Car was fine, dropoff was fine. Subtotal plus tax was $158.99, but fees brought the total to $185.66. This included a $14.78 prepay fee, ostensibly for booking it online. I realize that this practice is nothing new, but it's unfortunate nonetheless.Besides the aforementioned, the low rating is based on my interaction with the employees. I asked to take a picture of the rental agreement I signed, which had blank spaces on it, and was told I would get a copy. The "copy" I received was different from what I had signed, and had neither the blank spaces nor my signature. I returned to the desk, explained this to the employees, and asked if I could see the agreement I signed. One employee held up the sheet of paper to show me, but did not hand it to me. I once again asked if I could simply take a picture of it. The employee handed it to me begrudgingly. I took the photo and thanked them, received no response, then wished them a good day and was still met with silence.

Rude and disrespectful staff (well one girl) who’d rather talk to her friends (random individuals hanging out) over doing her job. Pickup and drop off was insufferably weird as the CSR is ridiculously rude with an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this location as other rental agencies actually treat people like people. Try elsewhere :)
