I’ve taken out from here many times and have to say am very surprised their rating is so low. It can’t possibly be based on the food, since the quality and taste of what they serve is quite exceptional. I haven’t taken the time just yet to read these reviews but will as soon as my time dictates it, but had to put my 2 cents in when I saw their numbers. Being an older woman now, having resided here most of my life, and being a family who ate out or did take out/delivery several times a week, I’m telling you the wings here are quite exceptional. I’ve tried many, if not all of their milder sauces, but continue to return to honey/bar-b-que. That slightly sweet/slightly tangy flavor is the perfect companion. My son preferred a hotter flavor, so always dual orders for us. My son, being a man who worked “on the road”, and being someone who truly loved good food, has had the ability to consume wings at places all over the city. He always felt BUFFALO BILLS had the best wings. So their rating is very confusing to me. I’ll also point out we have had other food there besides the wings, having dined there on a few occasions when family came to town, this being the requested restaurant from them. If you want a good meal and the best wings, GO HERE!!!!!!!

My party of two came into the restaurant. The wait staff was terrible. The food order was deliver into separate ways which the wings came out first and then it over thirty minutes for the side dish to come. The rest of the tables got better services because they have a party of four. Then the wait staff stated that they no longer take credit card. I feel the bill of service was $51.00 but I feel the bill should be below $30. I do have some recommendations for your restaurant, if you do not want to wait on party of two please tell them at the door.

Recently 3/22/2024 I went to this location and as it was time to pay I use my ApplePay. As I paid it didn’t go through on their end but Buffalo Wild Wings still took my money and I also had to pay again with debit card. It’s been days now and I have yet to get reimbursed! I’ve spoken to multiple managers, went to the location twice, I even got the phone hung up on me by on of their anonymous employees. All I want is my money back they charged me twice and running me around. Everyone acted as they knew this would happened and have yet to accommodate me. Very very unprofessional!

Applied for work.I came in for both interviews, and it went really well. I was told that I would be called with a decision. It's been 2 weeks, and I have not received a call either way. I called to speak to PIC Charlie and left messages 4 times but never got a call back. It's very disappointing.

There was about 3 tables with like 6 to 8 people each and 4 people at the bar, and they still told us there's was a. 10 minute wait, we waited about 20 and she came and told us that she was just waiting for the kitchen to catch up and then she would take us to a table. I have never waited for a table because the kitchen wasn't caught up! But anyways we waited 35 minutes and we still were at the waiting area, some people got up and left then we got tired of waiting and we got up and left. Why have a huge restaurant when you will only serve 4 tables never coming back again to this buffalo wild wings restaurant l!!!!!!!

Place an order ahead of time, by the time I got there to PU person at the front was snacking as she handed me my order. Like always I check my order fore I go and I saw that my cauliflower bites was less than usual. I came up to their PIC Charlie and he's awesome. Told him about my concern and he was pretty chill about it w/o hesitation he told me to keep what I have and he'll make another batch. Kenny the one who prep the food went out to explain to me that the order I got was placed in a bigger container and so it seemed that the portion was less than usual. After hearing this, I apologized for the confusion. I talked to Charlie once more and told him that I thought my order was less because the person at the front probably took some from my order and coming from the food service industry, it was always known that if you're on the clock you can't be seen chewing otherwise thoughts like such would be welcomed. I did apologize after explaining my thoughts. Overall I left satisfied.

I had an absolute terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on Rosevelt Boulevard. The waitress stole $10 off my debit card without my consent. The manager and the general manager did not refund my money. I will never go to Buffalo Wild Wings again.

We went to Wild Wings on a bit of an off hour on a Sunday at 4pm. There was no wait and not many guests. Our server Nick was extremely attentive and one of the best we come across in a while (well done Nick).⭐️? For those families with children, know there are TVs everywhere - so if your child can not focus to eat while there is a TV typically, the same rules apply here.Kid-friendliness: Boosters and high chairs are available.

When we arrived, they welcomed us, then at the time of entry, the waitress who served us was racist. When we arrived, she directly addressed me and told us that if any of us spoke English, without even having heard us or seeing that there were five children in the table . It was very reckless of her, after I confronted her and tell yer ! Yes of course we do speak English? She tells me hooo I’m so sorry I just don’t want to look stupid and you don understand???? That’s so rude … she came back to tell us that it was eighteen percent, which we understand is fair but minimum that they are not racist, and that the owners of this chain train their employees with respect.
