This place is a mess my food was hard and cold I pulled over to eat my food in the parking lot and I asked for a Sprite soda and I got a salsa water instead of the Sprite soda I asked for and the cashier the guy cashier had the kitchen knives at the window using the knives to scratches back I am so pissed that I paid $27.17 for food I couldn’t enjoy I will never go back to this Burger King EVER AGAIN. I also asked for a receipt and I didn’t get my receipt so I could do a food review about the services. Everyone on that 10 pm shift needs new training 2/28/24

Definitely not what is used to be from what I rememberTables are never cleaned and the young man in front at the counter pointed at the kiosks to tell me they no longer do up front counter food orders………..This is a very serious example of pure MISMANAGEMENT!!!

This is the Slowest, Worse Burger King You can visit and here's Why; Management is Horrible Specifically the The Man that Runs the Restaurant. This is why it's Run Poorly and I don't Blame the Worker or Manager specifically because they have a poor leadership which they have no choice but to do as they are told from the higher Up. Its that in itself which is why they are poor in Customer Service. They also discriminate towards customers in the Bathrooms that may need to take a little time to address Hygiene or Medical issues like Insulin shots ECT. If u are taking transportation you don't want to go on the Bus Funky or if u are Homeless you don't want Customers to smell u while they are eating or just the People in public smell u PERIOD. It is Inconsiderate and everyone should be able to practice Proper Hygiene especially if u don't have a home to do it in. He tries to use the excuse that there's a line but even when there wasn't he was still Harassing. It is shameful that they are trained to discriminate towards people that are less fortunate but still spend their last bits. How could u ban a Customer from ever coming back because he was addressing a medical issue specifically Changing a Bandage over an area that needed to be covered following surgery? Was he supposed to go outside and do it so the world could see?This giy even threatened to open the Bathroom door and the man wasn't even in there longer than 10 mins. This is one of many Faults about that individual they gave control to which is a big MISTAKE. The reviews speak for themselves and this will continue to be one of many faults until someone else runs the Show. If there is Someone higher than the person who Runs the Managers then they Should get someone qualified to do the Job right and get the Restaurant to at least the Standards of how a mediocre Burger King is Ran because this Restaurant is nowhere close. If possible avoid the Bad experience and you need a lot of Patience when dealing with this place.

The service at this Burger King was awful. It's obvious that the workers including the manager is stealing money. The store itself was dirty and unkempt. I had an incident in the drive thru where I was given the wrong change for my currency. The worker proceeded to argue with me, stating that I can come and talk to the manager as well as check the cameras. I l drove to the front of the establishment parked my vehicle and headed inside the restaurant. The worker then called the manager to the front. I explained the situation to him at which point he stated he needed to "call his district manager." The worker who rang up my order came back to the front with a backwoods package in his hand, with an aggressive tone and stated, "did you see me put the money in the drawer because all my money is straight." At this point, still not having received my order I decided to return the entire order which caused me to lose $10. There were quite a few people in the restaurant when this situation occurred. As I left the restaurant, the worker who rang me up was outside smoking Marijuana in front of the establishment and acted as though he wanted to intimidate me. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place and I will not be returning. I will be contacting corporate to report the restaurant, the management and it's employees.
