The Asian girl Tray is ridiculous. When the staff take my order at the counter and overcharged me, I questioned and the Asian girl come up and say “Just give it to her!” Then we sit down and wait for our foods, when foods ready she just slammed our foods on the counter. Talk to the manager immediately and the overcharged problem was fixed. Wow Tray, that’s so nice of you give us the attitude that come from nowhere.

Workers and managers were extremely exceptional,,helped me with my app,to get my free whopper,which was hot,juicy,and delicious,,restroom needs some maintenance..little bit cleaner..but overall..Awsome..

My beyond burger was cold and under cooked. Thank God it was not meat! This locations food is usually sub par but today they were the worst.

Ignorant, rude staff. Made me wait an incredibly long time due to the poor instructions given by the employees. The worst customer service. Did not apologize for making me wait so long, claimed it was "okay".

A dinning room with customers eating, the food is delicious as always, but the fowl language coming from the other side of counter is totally ridiculous!!!! It was F this, F that, level of talking was so loud, females as well as males. People left and others as myself were just angry to hear such fowl language from employees and whom I think is the mgr. My first and last time eating inside. I’ll stick to the drive through window, if I return at all. Other than the food, totally dissatisfied!

Unbelievable.Placed an very simple order through the app -- 1 double cheeseburger and 1 fries. Arrived there past the due time and winded up waiting like at least 10 mins at the pickup window. The girl at the window came to me multiple times asking me what I ordered, and then she finally comes with a heavy bag, which I was pretty sure instantly that it was not my order. Right before she handed me the bag I asked if that was order #xx and she confirmed it. I open the bag to find multiple cold fries and burgers. Insane.. Clearly the wrong order and one that's been prepared very poorly.

Makes no sense how lazy and careless these establishments are becoming. I saw being on the robots of kids don’t wanna work anymore. Can any of you explain to me why a business like this would have its kitchen lobby close to the customers at 5:54 pm??? I’m standing there in the rain asking to be let in, he’s saying drive thru. I’m trying to explain that I have a bus ? that I can’t take through there. Dude just shrugs ??♂️ and continues to just chill on his phone in the lobby. Yea there was a lot more that I wanted to say and do but if this is where we are, it’s just sad to see. Can’t even support any business no more with help like this.

Great food and the workers are coolParking: Free public parking 24/7. You can park inside the shopping center in one of the free parking spaces, or use the street parking which is always available and free along the sidewalk of the shopping center.

Home of the No service where the customer is NOT king!! My husband and i were so excited to come to the new burger king reopening. We went in on Sunday at 2pm.. We waited 15 min just to get to the front of the extremely slow line. We were then told they would not be taking anymore orders, that they had to do the drive thru people ahead of us. Very poor and no management! We will not be coming back as it seems to be new but they are still on their old habbits of being slow. People have limited time, thats why its supposed to be fast food..

When I went there we ordered then when they called my number some guy came a took our meal then we told the people and they gave us a Refund so when they were making ur meal they gave us a not cook meal so when we want to go tell then we asked for the manager and the manager give us a other meal so when we the meal was cook we didn’t feel like eating it after what happened so when I got home I want to go eat the meal and tasted disgusting and by the way the meal was in the fridge for like 10 min so I’m not sure if I had something to do with it being in the fridge or no and when we want there some guy got mad out the Drive through because weren’t taking his order and it was taking a long time so the guy can in and got mad then he got the straw table and threw them

Foods decent , that’s if they can ever get your order right. Lady asked if our meal was correct we said yes then she proceeds to delete items off our meal which we didn’t ask her to do. The girl was nice she just made a mistake. The people at the drive thru window literally just shove the food at you and have the worst attitudes. It’s ashame it’s the only local BK but the staff needs an attitude adjustment and training

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They are unprofessional. Their drive thru is heller long for no reason. Then you try to go inside they had both the doors locked. They let someone in and still left us outside on the other door. They have poor communication skills. I don’t know why they are open.
