I give it a two stars cuz the check out line is Horrendous slow! Many customer waiting on the checkout line and the register clerk are under staff and they are slow.

This place have too many racist people, specially I am talking about one hijabi lady who really don’t know to talk with his valuable customers, I never feel like that as I came to USA more than 4 years nobody gave me any feelings like that lady, she push me to feel ashamed of being an Asian, I always respected Hijab as the symbol of Islam and I am proud to be a muslim. Now talk about what happened over there, she told me she couldn’t take back the toys that is used and showed cruelty to my baby too. Almost throwing it in the floor, as I told her don’t throw it she push the toys out of the desk.
I had the receipt and showed to her that I gave back so many things in different Burlington. Cruel lady didn’t take it back.

They had what I needed. The cost of the items was reasonable. Staff was friendly. The checkout line was very long. It took a very long time to check out. They need to hire additional cashiers. I waited in the long line because I needed the items.

I love shopping at Burlington but this location the lines are always soooo long and not enough Cashiers .I left without even making my purchase rather than standing in the lines waiting so long.🙄

A brunette at the checkout, covered in Arabic, using discrimination because she didn't speak English, passed me to a cashier who spoke Spanish and threw away the clothes.

I went to cash register 5 because the automated voice told me to and was instantly berated by Cheryl stating that I will need to wait because the cashier was going on a break. I waited to be rung up by Cheryl who was the only other cashier and she was so rude! Mumbling to herself how she doesn’t feel like this and will be leaving exactly at 5pm. It was a terrible experience as I was greeted with hostility by a woman I don’t know and barely uttered two words to I suggest Cheryl stay home next time she doesn’t feeling like working.

I don't care for Burlington Coat Factory...the store is always cluttered and unorganized. You have to sift through the racks and shelves for things.
