This place came in so clutch for me today. I called them with an issue regarding the splash guard on my car and Lou was able to see me in an hour and fixed the problem immediately. Im incredibly grateful for his help!

My vehicle was totaled thanks to an old lady who shouldn't be driving anymore. Caliber helped get my car to not leak when it rained so that I could drive it a little bit longer in between vehicles. They were super helpful and accommodating. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful with making you feel comfortable with them and taking time to describe the process, answer questions and refer you to the best sources of information. They are thorough with great care, concern for precision and accuracy and they communicate with the customer to update them on the progress and schedule. Great attention to detail regarding repairs or replacement work done as well as their extensive knowledge of and work with the necessary details, processes, documentation and other requirements to be filed/processed in accidents or collisions to provide for the customer and the requirements of other parties that may be involved. (insurance company, towing company, rental car company, police department, attorneys, lawyers, employers, etc.)
