Every time I come to this location for service, there is never a wait to get checked in, there is an opportunity through text to review and approve the service and the whole process is efficient. All service reps are very friendly and accommodating!

It is never too late to thank a company when you feel they go above and beyond. I pulled my car into the service department in Center City Toyota a while ago due to hearing liquid swishing every time I stopped. They quickly realized it was rainwater in my door. They resolved it and showed me how to do it in the future. They were also nice enough to assist with a few other things. I will always recommend Center City Toyota, due to the kindness of their service department.

The staff is friendly & accommodating, check in was a breeze. The pull in area & staff's work area & the waiting area are all very well lit & clean. That's says alot about a business. I enjoy coming any time I need service.

I have a 2009 Toyota van that is still running due to this Toyota. They always take good care of me! Josh at the front desk always explain everything to me so throughly. He is patient and makes sure the technicians understands my need.When you come to this location ask for Josh and he will take care of you. If you are looking for a new car ask for Rick. I have brought 3 cars and I have no issues with my car due to this location. The service team and sales team is amazing but definitely Josh and Rick!Way to go central city Toyota.

All of the employees I connected with at Central City were super helpful and kind. Brian fixed a recall on my car quickly, and Jamie went above and beyond to help expedite the process to get my recall noted in Toyota's system so I was able to import my car to Canada as soon as possible. As a new car owner, I was nervous heading in to an unfamiliar dealership, but the whole team at Central City made me feel respected, and I could tell they wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you for the great service!

I purchased my first car with Ted, the salesman, and Will the manager. They both worked together with our family and made our dreams a reality. The previous vehicle I bought in good faith; a few months ago, before getting our new car, we discovered we were sold a faulty car. We were shopping around to replace our vehicle because each day, we had no idea if our car would turn on.Fast forward, Will was patience with us and helped us find a car for our family's lifestyle. Will the manager reviewed our circumstances and helped us to get our new 2021 vehicle?We no longer worry when getting into our car if it’s going to work or are stressed out about the cost of repairs.This was a great buying experience!

I've bought my car from here and only came here to have my car serviced and that was my mistake. The customer service on the front end has always been good to me. But what really kills me is the service time. I can arrive 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment and will wait over 4hrs for a simple tire rotation and oil change.I suspected at first it could be the Groupon, because I mentioned it during a visit. It was scanned and I went in the waiting room. Much later... More on a second on that. I get my bill and it did not take in account the Groupon discount. Had to mention this to checkout and wait for the front end to adjust accordingly. They adjusted and I received my discount.Be prepared to possibly spend your entire morning and late mid afternoon for your car to be completed. Especially on a Saturday. I shouldn't have to plan my entire day for something like a tire rotation, oil change when mechanics tell me it doesn't that no where that much time to complete. I suspect they don't prioritize Groupon customers over full price ones. Just a thought. One that I can't confirm.I did witness one bad customer incident involving a female and customer with an accent. The guy even had to say the bad language wasn't necessary while she was cursing at him. I'm sure she's long gone, but something I noticed and her co-workers being horrified by her actions.I remember a time where they had customers fill out a Customer Survey Satisfaction paper in front of the person who would later collect it and view it lolAll and all, I'm giving 3 stars because the customer service while good, does not make up for the horrendous service times you don't expect to endure, nor should put up with.

Manny thoroughly guided me through every steps of trading in and getting a new car. The process couldn't be smoother and quicker. Will definitely be going back for more services :)
