  I came in to get some documents notarized and Michael was extremely helpful and made me feel at home. The other staff were also very welcoming! I feel like I rarely have notable experiences at banks but this was a very positive one. A+ customer service across the board.

  We had the best experience with Kay Jay at Chase - truly phenomenal! We had attempted to open a joint checking at multiple locations in Philly but the team at this location was able to accommodate and efficiently help us! We are so impressed and will continue to visit this location.
