The first year we were there it was fine. Ms. Charlene was the best teacher we could ever ask for. There were some red flags that we realized but nothing too serious until when Ms. Charlene would call off and there was a sub, all hell broke loose. I watched as she would drag the kids because she was trying to clean. But the second a parent walked in she could somehow pick them up gently?
By the time my baby went to toddler B, which had no Ms. Charlene I will add, it got worse. There was a video them reading to the kids and there was a split couple of seconds where a little boy started hitting my daughter. Instead of doing anything the teacher recording chose to cut out my daughter who was getting hit and tackled while the other teacher continued reading like nothing happened. They had more slides that showed my daughter still being hit and they just ignored it.
There were a couple instances where my daughter would come home with bumps, like she got hit or somrthing, on her face and when I would ask what happened all of the teachers would say they don't know what happened and they weren't in class at the time. No accountability at ALL!!!
Finally for a good year I've been paying almost $300 per day after coverage by CCIS, I voiced my concerns since i was even getting charged when my daughter was absent due to getting sick. After I got approved and it was her last month in Children of America. They called me and my husband saying that they can lower the co pay to $50 and if it was too much we can even lower it to $30. Where was that when I was spending almost a grand per week? Now that I'm leaving you want to help me out?
If it wasn't for Ms Charlene trust me, my daughter would be out a long time ago. The teachers for the toddler class has put me on edge, are rude to me, my husband, and my kids who pick up my daughter. They don't watch my kid at all even with me paying a $300 for co pay a day!!! I should've pay more close attention to the red flags a long time ago.

I absolutely adore COA Chestnut Hill. Such an incredible school. From the teachers, to the facility, you can’t ask for anything better. The director, Nicole, is fabulous. She ensured that all of my family’s needs were met, my questions were answered, and that I felt completely comfortable. As a first time parent, it meant so much!! I would recommend this school to anyone with young children.

I love Ms Sandra I love the school and the staff and teachers it feels like a family I was crush when I heard they let Ms Sandra go. I know she would’ve carried that school on her back. Now it’s a new up charge I don’t agree with that either but I understand. Things change and s/o to Ms Pam my son loves her and s/o to Ms Awanda my daughter love her teacher and she awesome she got her using the potty like a champ other then that it’s a great school

We have had a really nice experience with CoA Chestnut Hill. Our children have attended for 3 years and have had multiple teachers here. They have all been wonderful and genuinely cared for our children.
Ms Charlene took care of our youngest and she truly has superpowers. She somehow gets a crowd of 1 year olds to sit still, sit in a circle, and listen to a book for long periods of time. She is always so positive and kind and she is an inspiration.
Ms Awanda takes care of our other children in the preschool room. She has developed them into big kids from toddlers, which has been a great transition to behold. They follow instructions, put away their toys, and speak calmly and at a normal volume (at least at school). And she is always so calm! No idea how she does it.
We appreciate everyone who has taken care of our children here. Thank you!

I am so happy I decided to bring my daughter to COA Chestnut Hill. My daughter had never been to daycare prior and is a very shy child, so I was nervous trying to find a daycare that truly cares about my daughter. Needless to say, this childcare center is awesome! Ms. Pam & Ms. Consi take such amazing care of my daughter, she absolutely loves going and talks about her teachers and friends all the time. I love how clean the whole place is, they take great pride in making sure the center is cleaned and sanitized. I also love the learning activities Ms. Pam & Ms. Consi … at 2 years old, my daughter knows all her colors, numbers, and letters! Love this place!

After searching many daycares we decided to place our child at Children of America. The staff we've encountered at this center have been nothing short of amazing! From day one Ms Dana, CJ, and, the director, Ms Sandra have been especially soooooo welcoming and have made me feel so comfortable with chosing to place my infant child in their care. I recommend this childcare facility to everyone and they also have video cameras so you can watch if you need that extra push of reassurance.

This is my first time using a daycare, and I’m so glad I chose Children of America! The staff feels like family—so welcoming and caring. Sandra, the director, goes above and beyond to meet my child’s needs, while Dana has been so nurturing, helping my daughter adjust to being away from me. Pam and Consi are amazing teachers; my daughter has learned so much in a short time.
It’s clear the staff truly cares about the children’s well-being. I couldn’t ask for a better daycare experience!

My daughter loves this school and has learned and retained so much since she first started (including good manners, recognition of colors, letters and numbers much earlier than ever expected). There are always fun activities and new experiences, such as hatching chicken eggs and weekly soccer. Many thanks to her excellent teachers Ms. Pam, Ms. Consi, Ms. Agzine, Ms. Fatima, and Ms. Awanda!

Thank you guys for your rapid responsiveness, honesty, and compassion.

I love that both my sons attend there now. My oldest son Adonis has been there for over a year. At first we were nervous about putting our son into daycare. Around the time we had my first son we were hearing bad stories about other daycares all over but this one stood out. My son Adonis started out there last year. The first week he was to himself, quiet, isolated himself, and cried for us to take him home. A few months later he was participating with his age group and now he loves it there. He participates. He says bye to the staff when we leave. He has also learned a lot. He’s 2 years old and knows his letters and numbers really well. He knows shapes and colors well too. Ms Pam and Ms Conshi are amazing. They have a class on a few kids but always give great attention to all their kids. They helped my son break out his shyness a lot. They make my son feel like he’s with family when he’s there. They’ve taught him so much and I’m forever grateful for them and the progress they’ve helped my son to reach.
