Incredibly rude service. Talked over me. Hung up on. Not everyone has “just the facts” Joe Friday way of speaking, and shouldn’t feel like you have to, like you have customers waiting out the front door for you and your rudeness. He talked while I was talking, cut me off , and belittled me making me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about like this is your first time dealing with your incurable disease, as well as gave me some poorly misinformed information, “ Mans-planing” about how technology and the current ways of prescriptions are not electronic , but still written presented with ID. Most pharmacies only want written! Sadly,realize that there are millions of other pharmacies who will kindly take their scripts and business elsewhere, after having a horrible customer service experience like I had with a man that sounded burnt-out,tired at 10:30 belittling you, and making you feel like you have no idea what you’re talking about , and when you are also in the medical field yourself (Nurse Practitioner graduate). But you won’t get a word in, so it doesn’t matter. You must love to hear yourself talk, and keep running people out with this rude written prescriptions mess, as he tried to tell me that they don’t do written prescriptions for certain medications, when if it weren’t for the computer they won’t take your medication prescription at all. Comeon it’s 2022 ,not 1992. Learn to give women time, communication, respect, trust me you’ll go a much further.
