I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service that I received today I was patient and waited a long time to be serviced just to leave with no resolution, the way they brushed off each question without at least wanting and trying to resolve the issue was so disappointing, she made me feel like I was bothering her , it’s very unfortunate that now I want to end my banking relationship

Ghetto. Stopped in to open up a business account. I did not have an appt. So I understood if they couldn’t take me right then. An employee walking around ( after ignoring me a couple times) told me he’d see if someone can see me. When asking the only woman working there taking appts she loudly yelled and complained, saying “when is this day going to be over!!” Embarrassing and no one helped me after that. I got up and left right then, pissed. For reference: middle-aged, trashy white woman when you come in, first cubicle on left. You’re welcome. I’ll be moving over to PNC.

made an appoint on line for 12 days out. we arrived at the bank to open a new account and get a certified check for a home we were purchasing Dante said the manager was not in and it would be about 15 min before anyone could help us but sit down and wait. we could get the check from the window. he was rude and not helpful. while waiting for our large check the teller was back and forth with the drive through and had to re do our check multiple times and twice got help.we did not open our new business account there and are in the process of moving ALL of out accounts to another bank.

Had a fantastic experience with Dante, not sure if he was a teller or had another position in the branch. Dante helped out everyone waiting in line for a teller and went out of his way with customer service!

The employees are always pleasant and easy to do business with. They treated my father very well before he passed and followed up helping out my mom figure out what needed to be done.

I been with citizens for 20 years and all my visits to their various branches have been positive. However, this branch’s teller kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. And they could have costed me hundreds of dollars on a balance transfer. If they would have listened and stop talking over me they would have understood my situation fully, but they didn’t. Luckily I canceled the transaction last second before leaving.

I came to open a business account. I made an appointment online but I’m glad I called before as the banker I made the appointment with was actually off. Perla, the banker that actually helped me was very knowledgeable about the business accounts, we had an amazing conversation. Perla needs recognition because she is an amazing asset to Citizens Bank.

Tried twice to open a student account. We were told there wasn’t enough time. We are not able to get to the bank any earlier or on Saturday. They had zero flexibility to accept our business and poor customer service attitude.
