No thanks, I've had the "Comcast experience" far too many times already dealing with customer service or waiting for technicians that don't show up or spotty service or.....

I have received 2 texts on my cell phone from Comcast's assistant telling me that there is a problem that they need to fix and I need to make an appointment for them to enter my home. I have attempted to contact them to speak to a person but I could not move beyond their stupid assistant. They had always had bad customer service and now they have none whatsoever.

if I could give it a zero I would. I get nothing but stocking phone calls, harassment emails I block emails, I block phone calls and they just keep coming in. At this point I'm gonna report them to the FTC for harassment and stocking and the constant threats that they leave. this company is garbage, and should not even exist.

On hold 60 minutes--they still haven't even "authenticated" me. They say they don't have any supervisors. They certainly don't provide any internet service. Mine's been out for 3 weeks and they won't ever even authenticate my service calls so we can get tech support. They sure bill a lot though. And they now insist on auto-pay. Why? Because they don't provide customer service and that way you don't decide to complain. This way the money just gets sucked out of your account. What a HORRID experience. What a horrid company--but you know when we eliminate competition this is exactly what happens.

I have Xfinity internet at my condo in Florida, which I attempted to put on hold when we came to our house in Michigan for the summer. I put my service on "seasonal hold", didn't get a confirmation but was assured by customer service I would not be charged in full (when I called to tell them my credit card was compromised and saw I was still being charged for full service). 3 months later, I'm still being charged in full, and I've spent all day yesterday and 5 hours today trying to get a person on the phone to rectify the problem. Look, I'm 73, I'm not the most technologically savvy but I do my best - this was just ridiculous. This system is purposely made difficult to navigate so that customers like myself will throw up their hands and just pay to not have to deal with this. But ya know what, I'm retired, I got time. And I did end up getting a rep on the phone, and they did give me credits for the 3 months worth of charges. But still, I kind of value my time, Xfinity.

Comcast corporation has the worst customer service in the United States. I have been having connectivity issues with their Internet for one year. I've had eight service technicians out. I work from home and need use of the Internet. Comcast corporation refuses to supply me with accurate and reliable Wi-Fi service. How does this company do the business and not actually provide the customer a service? This company is only focused on the profits not the customers. And I hope a new company in my area opens up quickly. Because I will be signing with someone else. I'm calling Verizon right now hopefully by the end of the day I will have a new Internet connection provider. Thanks for nothing Comcast.

BEST IN CLASS FOR THE WORST PLACE TO WORK EVER. NO BOUNDARIES. BEYOND APPALLED. I was suppose to start work on the 12th of june. But then my dad died from stage four bone cancer. So i called HR and asked if I can start on a later time frame. OUR agreement was that I was going to start on the 2th of June. And I was to not be bothered by on boarding staff until the week before. So here comes the point of my dads funeral. And im going to attach his online obituary on here which is a little morbid. Obituary: dignitymemorial.com/obit…Which I should not even have to do this. But apparently comcast felt the need to continuously harass me the day of my dads funeral. Where I was standing in a military salute (being a veteran myself) at his coffin, with my cell phone ringing off its hook, which i could not answer because you NEVER break a salute. Nor would i ever disrespect my dad that way. Then they kept calling all week until i answered and said "im out of town dealing with a death in the family, spending time with my family, you need to please call next week."Then when get home and i see my computer equipment arrived. I call IT to for help to get it set up.After this happened. I got yelled at by two different IT reps. Back to back. And then my "leader" who I think is a scunt, calls me to tell me that im the evil ogre. NO NO NO NO NO my friend, you guys have no boundaries and you clearly have SHEISTY management. Im giving you a double finger salute! GOOD FREAKING RIDDINS

Extremely terrible experience with Xfinity/Comcast service. Their customer service was unhelpful to my issues, which resulted in multiple service interruptions with internet and cable. The process is a complete nightmare. To make matters worse, their pricing structure is overpriced and taken advantage of customers. Overall, I would not recommend Xfinity/Comcast to anyone, as their service and customer support was a complete disappointment.

I pay a lot of money monthly to have Xfinity Home Security this company is presently encouraging its HS customers to switch from their old HS app to their new app The old HS app I'm told will become obsolete next month April 2023 My gripe is that the old app allowed me to arm and unarm the HS remotely The new app does not allow remote arming and disarming and when talking several times with the HS agent he informed me the company doesn't know when this glitch will be corrected but verbally projected in maybe 2-3 months which is totally unacceptable Manually arming and unarming via the keypad is not convenient or in keeping with today's progressive technology Shame on you Xfinity!!!! You charge a lot of money and can't fix what is broken and meet your customers needs in a timely manner

Never using Xfinity Comcast service again, they are a scam if you change services. There are mysterious charges added to your account, that make it seem like someone is paying your bills. Then all of a sudden they say you owe them money that was charge from a unknown card number 2 months after you already closed a accounts with them.
