I’ve had a subscription with them since summer 2025. Recently my work schedule has gotten in the way of me taking my car as much as I would like. The other day I got off work early and made it to the carwash at 4:53 on a day they were supposed to close at 5. When I arrived the gates were closed. I got out my car and went inside and asked mngmt politely why they were closed and if they could let me in since it wasn’t 5pm yet. I was informed for the first time that they take their last vehicle at 10 minutes before closing. It would be nice if they disclosed this on their website or when you sign up… I’ve been going for months and that was my first time hearing that. I ask for a refund since I am being denied service that I already paid for, to which I was told they could only cancel my membership and I could continue to use it until the 28th. I didn’t want to argue so I agreed. Now today on a perfectly good day weather wise, I drive 35 minutes to the carwash and they’re closed! This was approximately 3:45pm and Google states they’re open. This is the 2nd time this month I drive to the carwash because they are listed as open, only for them to be closed! This is ridiculous and feels like a rip off. I have no complaints about how they wash cars but the fact they don’t remain open when they’re supposed to really outweighs the good job they do.

Outstanding Service Every Time!
Complete Autowash Philly is hands down the best car wash in the city! Every visit, my car comes out spotless and shining like new. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible customer service — especially from Rick.
Rick goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience. He’s professional, friendly, and always takes the time to make sure the job is done right. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and the quality of work.
If you want your car cleaned right and to be treated with genuine care, this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Rick and the team for consistently delivering top-notch service!

Left with car still dirty, didn't clean inside back window at all. They did not vacuum the back of the car: the rear seat or floor. Half ass. The staff is very polite & nice, wish I could go back but I spent 19.00 on a car wash & $3.00 on a tip & I left with a car that still needed cleaning. I'm bummed, I liked the staff a lot but of course I'm not returning.

They don't spray water under the fenders to remove dirt, nor on the side steps, and they don't clean the rims either. In a pickup truck, that is essential. Subscriptions do not include carpet washing. If you take your vehicle to be washed every day, you have to pay $6 a day, which would be about $160 a month in addition to the membership payment. They don't vacuum them well either (I will upload photos soon).
