The medical assistant, that did the drug test and prescreening was very nice but the person and I’m not even sure if she was a doctor because she did not present herself as one, a black lady with short locks and a shaved head around the side was rude, does not know how to speak to people and tries to belittle you with her words. She was extra with the physical and really didn’t want to give a med card. I don’t suggest going to this Concentra maybe try another one because as long as that person is doing physicals, she’s going to find fault and everything and possibly fail you.

The staff was nice and accommodating however the text application service did not work for me I had to use the tablet provided to fill out the necessary information.

The staff were very professional, the nurses were very kind a took time to make me feel comfortable and important. They took time & care to ask questions to give the doctor a detailed report to adequately assist him with my examination.

Very disorganized. Totally irresponsible Dr.s and staff in Concentra. Totally irresponsible about your problems. Just take it from me, don't go to Concentra. You may use Patient First with several locations, very much organized, helpful and responsible staff. I went to Patient First for my CDL renewal, but you can go Patient First for primary care, urgent care, ...., too. Much better place to go.

Nakeirya Breedlove, is so sweet and caring. She knows exactly what she’s doing, she took her time to listen to me complain. Care was outstanding from beginning to end. Each and every time I had her she always was so professional & I’m always welcomed by a smile. Thank you!

The worst so called manager named " Sara" working the front desk. Never seen such kinda rude, non professional and incompetent manager of any facility in my life. Instead of talking using her tongue to patients she would use her hands, waving them like she works in Bar.
