It was basically good. There was a bit of waiting, particularly when one first enters, but otherwise all good. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I didn't like the doctor I had cause he didn't understand my injury at all and felt he didn't wanna hear what happened but the ladies up front they was absolutely fantastic and polite

The experience was great at this location. I was surprised cause the location I went before in Baltimore Maryland was horrible. But the northeast Philadelphia location was excellent. I was in and out with 30 to 45 minutes so the get 10 stars

I would give less stars if I could. My daughter needed a physical and drug test for a new job and after an hour she was finally taken back then taken to a different room for another hour. Very long wait times.
Dr. Rakshi Trivedi was extremely rude and short with her. Very unprofessional. My daughter had a hard time understanding her accent. There is no excuse for this and all I can say is she is very lucky I was not taken back with her as I would not have been so nice. Unacceptable behavior especially coming from a doctor that I’m guessing wanted to get out of there on a Friday.
