Corridor is an amazing three floor gallery in the heart of Fishtown, complete with a mix of local artists and rotating exhibitions. I spent about half an hour wandering through the building and really enjoyed the setup and curatorial work. Staff here is super helpful in terms of outlining what you're about to take in, and the gallery itself is free to walk into.Make sure to add this to your Fishtown itinerary! I joined the mailing list to stay up to date on future openings and look forward to being a regular supporter of this community gem.

Hidden gem in Fishtown. If you don't know it's there, you may not notice it. Beautiful, creative pieces on 3 floors. Next time you're bar hopping or shopping, head down Frankford Ave.I stopped in for the Deconstruct exhibition opening. The 1st floor was all pencil and charcoal work by Arinze Stanley, and I believe there was one of his on the 3rd too. Such detail, not what I expected. Communion and Fruits of Labor were my 2 favorites of his. Powerful message with each.Amazing art throughout the gallery. Oil, acrylic, canvas, wood, I think metal. The artists did a phenomenal job with the faces. Variety of work displayed. I love contemporary art. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

I am so often blown away at the sheer talent some humans have to create such amazing art. Every time I visit Corridor I am speechless at the brilliance of the creative mind. Corridor is a free gallery located in Fishtown. Parking is a struggle but that is typical for the area. It boasts three floors of magnificent art that rotates monthly. Both local and international artist alike. I have never been pressured about time and have walked causally through mesmerized without interruption. Perfect for a date night in town or just to remind yourself of the beauty in the world, I highly recommended checking it out, not just once but often!

This is a hidden gem. If you live around Fishtown, stop in one afternoon and browse around. If you have friends or parents coming into town and have already done all the touristy things, bring them here. It's probably no more than a 20-30 minute experience for the non-artist like myself and it's easy to pop in on your way to other shops, restaurants and mural-gazing along Frankford. The owner/curator was very knowledgeable about the artists' and their works, taking time to explain in great detail the method used by the artist who fills the bubble wrap bubbles with paint to make amazing works of art. He was a wealth of knowledge about the artists' backgrounds and styles. I'm honestly embarrassed that this art gallery has been in the neighborhood for over 2 years and I've never been in it before. Can't wait to go back the next time my out-of-town friends come to visit!

I am giving Corridor five stars simply because it is so cool that a place like this exists right in the heart of Fishtown. I cannot imagine there are many people walking by to drop $5k+ on artwork but it functions almost as a min art-gallery right in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Philly,I'm not sure that this place will be around in a few years when property vales skyrocket but you should stop in and enjoy it now. They have three floors of artwork. The bottom floor is rotating shows while the top two floors seem to be more permanent. There is a very cool Beatles sculpture on the top floor.Stop in and check out some local art!
