I don't know what is going on with this store, but I apparently cannot depend on them to be open during their posted hours anymore. For months, I have arrived multiple times to an empty store with no sign on the door and no employees present. Salons in this area depend on this location and I'm done with not having consistent access to the supplies we need.
Say what you will about the old manager, Nancy had her issues, but you could depend on someone being in the store every day. Do better Cosmo, this is ridiculous.

I come to the store 20 minutes after posted open time, I see employees in the store but the door is locked and they just looked at me until I walked away.

it is very important that the manager is present in the stores, I entered the store and I did not know that you had to have a license Practically the girl, she yelled at me from the register that she needs a license she never gave me the option to buy them she only told me that it was not open to the public

All the girls who work there are awesome. Doubt they can do anything about the lack of inventory, probably something to do with covid, but it makes it really difficult to reformulate with so many holes on the shelves.
