Horrible experience, limited selection, shopped items just to wait in line and get to the counter and be told “ you have to have an account to shop with us” Huh? I won’t be back. Zero stars if possible.

When we walked in the store there were two ladies up front who greeted us and seemed nice at the time until about 5 minutes later as we were shopping around we were asked by one of those ladies if we were salon owners or stylists and when we answered no we were told that they're not open to the public and we needed to leave. It was very rude, there were no other customers in the store and we had multiple items we were planning on buying so I don't understand why we couldn't purchase the things that we had and why they didn't say anything about being closed ro the public from the beginning when we walked in the door. I really don't suggest anyone shop there, their prices aren't to great and had a mediocre selection of products. Sally Hansen is a thousand times better and much more politel and professional,this place would get negative zero Stars if I could.

Theres nothing online that warns this store isnt for the general public. They only sell to licensed cosmetologists or student cosmetologists.

Rude! I literally put in beauty supply near me and this place popped up. Went in looking for gel and rude, badly built chick with horrible hair color states "it's only for licensed beauticians" I was like ok well tell Google and she was like it's on the door? Whatever. I hate rude service workers. As a service worker myself I know that 99% of my job is dealing with people!

My friend who was a hairdresser, masseuse and nail person comes here to get her shampoos conditioners hair attachments fir her clippers color rinses and other hair products. She won't shop any place else for her hair items. They also have stuff for guys too beard wax color mustaches too. Skin products to keep it healthy and to relieve skin issues. Check it out I think you will be abke to find something you really like and to make yourself happy.
