Showed up at 6:40 on Dec 28th and was told that the store is closed despite the hours being until 7. The door was unlocked and the open sign was lit up.

I bought 1 cable for a charger, it didn't work for me and I went 2 times, they don't change it, they tell me it works and it's not true, I lost my $ money, and the charger overheats and they sold it to me like ? Apple. It's an imitation, it's better to go to the big stores and they will answer you for useless things.

Always have a great experience in this Cricket store. Very helpful, there's a Spanish woman that works there she is wonderful. I highly recommend going when she is on. Ill edit this with her name soon!

The reason why I like cricket is the monthly fee, the fact when I call I'm only on hold for a very short period I would say 10 minutes max staff is knowledgeable however sometimes it's difficult to understand heavy accents but overall I highly recommend cricket product and customer service.
