Rich has great customers service ? I went to 52nd st no help.. I went to South Philly no help.. I went to 69th st they was no help. I found rich and he took his time to explain my phone problems to me and fix them for me I'll be back for that upgrade

I am not a cricket customer and Rich had took his time on fixing my phone. I am blessed to come to him because he really took his time with me and calm me down. Changed my whole attitude. THANK YOU SO MUCH RICH!!!!

The owner helped me switch service to my new iPhone . I had no idea how to do it . He did it for me and wasn’t even going to charge me . I still tipped I appreciate his patience and seems like an all around good guy . While I was there he was helping homeless kids from the block !!! Will continue to support
