The owner helped me switch service to my new iPhone . I had no idea how to do it . He did it for me and wasn’t even going to charge me . I still tipped I appreciate his patience and seems like an all around good guy . While I was there he was helping homeless kids from the block !!! Will continue to support

He tried to give me an assessment without actually listening several times I’m an actual Engineer I love others insight. I couldn’t get anything here because he was riding me out the door by not listening. Finally I got thru to customers where the issue was that cricket internally did something they Do you know fixed in ten minutes now I can pay with my card online not just in store. Thanks for not listening it’s ok when the other people your supposed to be listening to are not educated.

The representative Reno was very great and helped me get the information that Metro PCS didn't want to give to me. The customer service for Metro PCS was very poor they just kept transferring us to another representative between 10-15 ppl, until the last rep helped.
