The customer service the worst I have every experience. I have been a cricket customer since July 11,2014. When I tell you the customer was beyond horrible. I went to the store to purchase a phone.I qualified to get a phone with progressive leasing since I have a terrific credit score. When I received the phone I decided I didn't want the phone for one the headphones wasn't working properly for two the phone was cheap and it wasn't holding a call I only had the phone less then 24hours Do you know the sales rep at this location told me I CANNOT Return this phone to them because they don't take returns! ! She told me I have to return the phone to the progressive leasing that is ridiculous because progressive leasing don't sell phones now they lied to me

New guy who has the store is a very insecure young man who has very little knowledge about what he is doing. A little bit gorilla suitish attitude which is a good sign of insecurity. No need to be rude to friendly customers who simply inquire....and are willing to pay for needed upgrades if the situation called for it. When the wife and I realized his attitude was too much we finally left and took care of our phone situation elsewhere. Will be praying for this young man as I don't think he realizes being haughty is gonna help his business be vacant soon. ðŸ™

I am writing this review because I am so tired of businesses posting hours and not being there. I am not a customer of Cricket but my brother is. We arrived at this Cricket in City Line Shopping Center around 10:48 am on Sunday, August 11, 2019. My mother and I shopped in Hair, Hair then we figured that we would wait until my brother paid his cell phone bill in Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. Well its about 11:00 am on the dot and we figured Cricket would be open. I proceeded to clean my car windows while we waited. He came back and said they were closed. Ok, so we waited for about 20 minutes. It was 11:21 am when he went back to Cricket. Lo and beyond, Cricket still was not open. I was amazed because I thought a business like Cricket surely would be open if they advertised that they would be open at a certain time. I proceeded to leave my car and snap a photo of Cricket's hours so this way anyone reading this review would know that I am not crazy and that the sign in the photo clearly says that Cricket opens at 11am on a Sunday. We left City LIne Shopping Center and went to the Cricket on Chester Pike. They were open. This was around 12:45 pm. So clearly I do not know if this location opened on time at 11am. Anyway, my brother paid his cell phone bill and we left there and went to WAWA and purchased gas. I ran into a friend who I haven't seen in years!!! Good night Yelp Family!!!!

RIP off! Only care about the sale. Rude and CHARGED DOUBLE FOR A PHONE. The 25 fee to setup AND A RESTOCK FEE to change phones after 3 days!! Bought as a reasonably priced alternative for an elderly family member. Avoid this store.

I was at this location with my boyfriend to upgrade his phone. I'm not a fan of phone stores because it usually takes forever to get a new phone. The young man who helped us was named Moe and he was fantastic! We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. He answered any and all questions we had. This was some of the best customer service i've seen in years.
