Fran was quick to help me switch out to a smaller unit in a matter of minutes. I strongly suggest Extra Space Storage and ask for Fran. He knows what he's doing.

For 1 when you need to go into the office you have to call someone and wait. Second is when I tries to access my space the door was blocked by 2 people so you need to wait or come back. You pay $20 for a piece of garbage lock they probably bought for $1 and I have no faith in it . Lastly is you need to get out of your car to put the code in to unlock entrance gate.

Everyone was nice but check in was a nightmare. No one at the front desk, I called and was told my keys were in the locker. However nobody told me that there is no 3rd floor, so I walked around until a person did come to the front desk and told me those #'s were in the back building. I was walking so that wasn't easy to find either. I had trouble with the lock. I have had 2 storage places in the past and both times someone helped me with the lock and explained everything.
