Edit: I contacted CubeSmart since they asked me to in their reply to my review, but they did not respond - know that their responses to negative reviews here are just for show and they don't actually work with customers to resolve any issues!
Do not store your items here! I stored some furniture and several boxes of clothes and home items for 2.5 months. When I came to get my stuff, I found that my boxes were damaged by rodents, and there were numerous rodent droppings in my storage unit. They chewed through the boxes and my items, and they left droppings everywhere. I had to throw away a lot of my items and throughly inspect and clean my remaining items, which was a monumental chore. When I contacted CubeSmart, they offered no resolution. They said that I would have to go through my insurance to get compensation even though insurance does not cover pest damage, and they refused to refund my rent. This is not a clean place to safely store your items!! Including photos of a box that the rodents chewed through, some of the droppings in my storage unit, a dropping and dried rodent urine on my stored items, and a hole that the rodent chewed through a tote bag.

It was a very easy process to secure a storage space. I needed to do so at the last minute. Everything was straight forward, and now I’m able to move some things out of my home quickly!

Unprofessional. I’ve paid all my dues for each month and then randomly got a red lock on my unit. I called and went into the office multiple times to try and resolve whatever is going on. Not only was nobody around both times, they are still yet to call me back from the multiple voicemails I left!

I recently used Cubesmart for my storage needs. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained. The lady there was friendly/nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. The access hours were convenient, allowing me flexibility to visit my unit as needed.

The general manager was very helpful and welcoming, this was my first time using a storage unit and she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable! I recommend this place to all my friends because of my experience with her!
