If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Admittedly, this happened to me a while ago, but I think it's important to share.
This pharmacy made me feel ashamed while picking up a prescription. I am prescribed, by a PSYCHIATRIST a certain drug that this pharmacist doesn't like to dispense, apparently.

The CVS at Cumberland Street now has a computer keyboard for you to type all your information into before you could pick up your prescriptions. Before , all you had to do was give the counter girl your name and birthday, which took about 15 seconds. Now you have to type all the usual bullshit plus answer 5 questions and sign on a board that will not take to the pen that is suppose to work with the computer. For something that use to take 1 tootal minute now takes 5 or more. It is a bear to pick up your scripts here. I hated the 1 minute experience now I REALLY HATE IT. Aftet you wait in line for 10 to 12 minutes , now you have to do all the work for the employee. NOT GOOD!!!!

Pharmacist are great. They work extremely hard and do a great job to fill our needs. Working at a providers office I often call to verify our patient’s medication’s. Unfortunately, today The man who answered the phone was very rude, calling me provider, etc. it was uncalled for. I’m not sure why the technicians there are not friendly. Most of them are, but this gentleman was not.. But the pharmacist are excellent and most of the technicians that work there are as well

How you telling me that I can’t get served until 3pm because you have to wait until the next shift comes in. That should be stated on your website. That is so inconvenient!
