The lead pharmacist Tamer is wonderful and so helpful! He is always willing to help me find the best price using whatever discount cards I have. We appreciate that he takes the time to do this as does Derrick. However, there is one pharmacist who will not accept the discount card for certain medications which means I have to see the manager for those. For the most part the staff are pleasant and accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. I'll stay with CVS pharmacy as long as I can.

CVS must screen to get only the nicest people to work here. I have never met more accommodating staff to assist me anywhere. Even though I have insurance I usually find the GoodRx is cheaper which requires me to go to the Drop Off window for a price adjustment. Not once has anyone there given me a hard time, batted an eye, or in any way seem perturbed about having to take this extra step after the medication was ready for check out. I’m fact, some even looked at the other discount cards to see if I could save more money using them. I really appreciate the time they take by doing these extra steps. Every bit of savings helps and to see them do it with a smile is so gratifying and appreciated.

Rewards program is great. I don't particularly care for the employees at the front counter in this store, they always seem miserable and hate when they have to ring you up. But the store itself always has a great selection of things and the coupons I aquire help along the way.

I'm not sure if it was a black man or a woman but they were very rude pushing their cart right into you full speed up the isle. I have bad legs from diabetes and they didn't care & wouldn't slow down alsoThe register wouldn't let us recharge our prepaid cards . Kept having to get refunded. Very rude and inconvenient store

I have to say I haven't be in this cvs in a while but they have the best customer service. The staff is courteous and friendly aways willing to help you if you need assistance with anything. My Mom & I needed help with a item and someone from the pharmacy staff came to help us until an associate from front end came to assist us. I do recommend this cvs & pharmacy. Definitely gets

The store itself is fine but currently the pharmacy is terrible! No one ever picks up the phone! I stay on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up. The front store staff is no help either and there is no way to leave a message asking for someone to return your call. For older people who may have questions for the pharmacist about medications and can't easily get to the store to talk to the pharmacist in person, this is unacceptable.
