They answer the phone and place it on the table until you hang up. I’m shocked at this behavior from such a large reputable brand, especially when dealing with people’s health. Corporate needs to help this location.

Never answers their phone. I’ll wait on hold over and over, sometimes for 15 minutes, then they’ll just hang up. Or they will answer and then it will be semi-silent like you can hear someone there but they’re not saying anything. I’ve also had them answer and say “hello? Hello? I can’t hear you.” This has happened to me several times. Maybe this is just a “me” issue but it’s hard to give them the benefit of the doubt when there is so much else going on.They’re clearly understaffed, but this has been a problem for a year so they should really try to hire more workers.I also find their hours frustrating. They close so early. Maybe if they extended their hours, they wouldn’t be so crowded or maybe they’d have time to answer the phone.

Visited this pharmacy as two other pharmacy stores just happened to be closed. Ordered a prescription medicine and was told the price. I got contacted again when the meds were available, but the price increased significantly. No choice as it was urgent. Despite the fluctuating price, the pharmacist was polite.

Awful customer service, would put 0 star if available. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to open up the deodorant section but no one came and when I tried talking with an employee they just responded that they didn’t know where the keys were

When you call the pharmacy, they pick up the phone and sit it on the table. You can hear them rustling with a bag of chips and talking to co-workers. But they won’t talk on the phone. Not sure what’s going on at this location. But it’s a joke

Good location in terms of being in stock of most needs but 3 stars for how inconvenient it is to shop here. 1) 90% of my time in the store is pressing a button and waiting for someone to hand me something as invaluable as deodorant 2) Every time I opt for self check out, the bell goes off that I didn't place my item where it's supposed to go and then I end up having to wait for someone to come scan their card 3) The receipt that comes out is the biggest waste of resources that I've ever seen - after all that waiting, the grand finale is waiting for a six foot long receipt to spit out This repeated experience has caused me to move onto the Target next door. In the words of Stevie Wonder, a world where men are free.

From 'Seinfeld', Season 3, Episode 11:Jerry : I don't understand. Do you have my reservation?Rental Car Agent : We have your reservation, we just ran out of cars.Jerry : But the reservation keeps the car here. That's why you have the reservation.Rental Car Agent : I think I know why we have reservations.Jerry : I don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.Replace "car" with "flu vaccination" and "rental car agent" with "pharmacy technician" and you basically have the same conversation I had this morning concerning a reservation I made to receive my flu vaccination. It doesn't pay to plan ahead responsibly, apparently, but they also don't accept walk-ins. I would love to know the magic window that ensures you are actually able to receive a vaccine. This locations has plenty of other problems, but this one right here broke me. Perhaps the exchange wouldn't have felt so egregiously mind-numbing had the tech acknowledged the sheer absurdity of the process, or lack thereof. Instead, they doubled down and had the audacity to cop an attitude when I questioned the illogical procedure. Perhaps worst of all, I'm immunocompromised and I had made this reservation in advance of a trip; now, I will have to scramble to find another vaccine or put myself at risk. If you are fortunate enough to live closer to a better drug store, I envy you.
