The regular store side is fine. As a cvs should be. The pharmacy is garbage. Either understaffed or they just don't care about patients. Went in, was told a 30 minute wait. I sat for 30 minutes and got back in line. "Oh it's going to be a 40 minute wait, we're sorry we're so backed up". When I said that the pharmacist just had me sit and wait for 30 minutes after telling me the same thing. The woman said "There's nothing I can do to help you or make it go faster". I left without my prescriptions, only to get a text 48 hours later saying they were ready to be picked up. I pray that they get closed down with the other hundreds of trash CVS locations. I'll tell as many people as I can to avoid the location on E Cumberland in Philadelphia. Bad attitudes, liars about wait times, corporate greed.

I have noticed that CVS isn’t able to fully stock our monthly medications. My issue is if the full amount of medication isn’t available, CVS should call other CVS stores for the customer to that we can go to a different location.

Addendum... The below issue has been taken care of by insurance carrier AETNA who filed a complaint against the pharmacist of CVS radion bldg. for interfering with my physician of 26 years prescriptions by causing execbaration of my illnesses. All taken care of RITE AIDfilled my prescriptions efficiently and in a courteous manner !!! I'm a seventy year old boomer alte kakher ( disabled according to SSA since 2015) with CHF stage 3, chronic AFIB, PAD, BIPOLAR1, GAD, severe PANIC ATTACKS, OK. Issue ( for 6 days I was being told my prescription is out of stock and on order) the female pharmacist of the pharmacy of CVS at 39th\\u0026Walnutstreet had the chutzpa to question the prescription of my MD. for 26 years........doesn't she to follow physicians directions ?? Meshuge isn't it !! Btw. That negligence on part of the pharmacist/CVS caused serious exacberation of my cardiac and psychiatric illnesses. Aren't that pharmacist supposed to act according to the hippocratic oath to keep CHAI alive or are we infiltrated by Apparatschnicks of an illiberal democracy. Going to file a complaint with AETNA/ CVS for reducing my life expectancy for violating my Doctors treatment by intervention delaying and chepardizing medical progress !!! FEH mir kenen brekhen!! What's going on ??? Mazl un brokhe Khaver✡ Ps. I'm taking my business back to RITE AID who for years filled my meds according to my doctors order. WORTH the extra bucks compared to the hassle.............sucks

Mixed up my family vacation photos with someone else's. I placed my disposable camera in the envelope and handed it to the cashier. When I picked it up it wasn't name and handwriting but absolutely not my photos. There's no way I accidentally placed another persons camera In the envelope.I have no idea how it got this screwed up. I lost photos of my loved ones that I can never get back. Please go anywhere else if you want to actually receive the photos you mailed out

This was the worst experience I ever had at a CVS. I went in around 10:50 PM right before closing and was greeted by an annoyed look from an employee with dreads. I quickly found my items and went to check out. She was still there and said nothing, and there was no one there to check me out. It's like whatever items she was going through on her cart were more important than to give me basic human courtesy. I couldn't believe how rude she was being. So I awkwardly stood there until I realized there was a self checkout. The guy at the door at least acknowledged me, but the employee with the dreads rude behavior soured my night. Please retrain her. I understand they didn't want to deal with customers right before closing, but she made my bad night worse. I guess she assumed because I'm black as well, she would get away with her behavior. I won't ever return but hopefully no more customers will go through what I did.

This review is specifically about the flu shot clinic. I went earlier, and the technician giving the flu shot wasn't wearing a proper mask - he had a mask with a one way valve, which the cdc explicitly said should not be used in healthcare settings. CVS's advertising says that the people giving flu shots would have masks, gloves, and a face shield. This guy had no face shield, and a mask that protected him just fine, but does nothing to protect you. Also, when I checked in, the pharmacist behind the counter *took off her mask* to talk to me. What the heck? Are these guys trying to make the pandemic worse?

A typical CVS pharmacy. This establishment has many of the things a typical store would have. There is a good assortment of a variety of different school, healthcare, and food suplies. The location is pretty nice and they will usually have the thing you are looking for The staff here are nice and will sometimes help you if you are looking for something in particular, but it is nothing to write home about. The only downsides to this place would be the occasional begger asking you to buy something. An experience I had was when I walked into the CVS. A guy was asking people for a simple soap. Being a good person, i purchased a nice soap for 3 bucks and gave it to him before I paidfor the rest of my stuff. Low and behold, he was very displeased and creepily looked at me through the glass and began following me when I left. Luckily I outran im. This place is usually fine and you will typically have a good experience.

Always bustling with students and workers from nearby. Store feels small but it's deeper. It's surprisingly difficult to get a money order in the area after the banks close, so I called the two CVS stores (this one and the one on 43rd). The other store said their machine was broken for several months, which is kind of ridiculous. Showed up tonight with less foot traffic in the store than usual. I asked about money orders and the guy said it was alright. I used a passport and he was standing there looking pretty flustered and not really communicating if there was a problem or if I should go somewhere else. All in all I felt bad for him, he looked pretty defeated and bored, but he also didn't really inform me what was the matter. After a bit he asked me my zip code and finally I got my money order. I said sorry, with no response and no eye contact. Manager of store it really nice though, he greets you at the door.
