I'll be another negative review on this CVS yelp page since that's what the nasty pharmacist instructed me to do. I went two weeks ago to pick up a prescription for my son & was told my insurance didn't cover it.. There was a woman and male pharmacist working that night and they stated they'd reorder the medication for him under the brand that our insurance would cover & that itd be in within 4 days and we would get a phone call.... Well it's been over two weeks & even with a phone call I was told there was no medication there for him. I decided to walk into the pharmacy tonight & come to find out the medication had come in, they just didn't punch it in under his name (so I guess that's why I never received a phone call). The pharmacist asked if I wanted to wait for her to fill it or pick up in the morning - we decided to wait as there was no one else there waiting to pick up meds. The medication was filled in 2 mins (why would I want to wait until the morning when it took no time to fill and we've been waiting two weeks???) When I went up to the register to get the medication I expressed my irritation and asked if next time when there is a medication that needs to be picked up if they could please be sure to call as this could've been a serious medication. SALLY THE PHARMACIST LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "it's whatever" I said, "it's whatever?" How would u feel if ur child needed a medicine and the pharmacist said to u what you just said to me? She shrugged her shoulders and said go complain to CVS, we get complaints all the time that isn't changing anything. I said to her, if I worked for a company who supposedly gets complainants I'd do whatever I could to do a great job to make sure customers have a good experience. She said once again, contact CVS! Nice to know when you're supposed to trust your pharmacist, this is how they feel... SALLY YOU SUCK.

If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the worst place in Philly no help everything is locked up and no one is nice and helpful. This goes double for the pharmacy

I am so glad our family is leaving this awful pharmacy for Broad & Snyder Pharmacy. Not only does this CVS consistently have long wait times to fill a prescription and pick up a prescription, but they also make it ridiculously difficult to speak to the pharmacy on the phone because their phone system tries everything to discourage an actual conversation with a human being, including just disconnecting the call. The last straw happened last week when I had a sick child. After waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through with my sick daughter, I was told they didn't have a prescription for her in their system. The doctors office told me it was sent and marked as received by CVS. After several calls and going back and forth, I asked the doctor to send it to the small, independent pharmacy Broad & Snyder Pharmacy instead. I had it in my hands 15 minutes later. The next day I started getting daily text messages from CVS saying it had my filled prescription for the antibiotic for my son. So they filled the prescription for the wrong child and couldn't figure that out earlier. More annoying is that they continue to text saying to pick up the prescription and my multiple efforts to reach the pharmacy about the error by phone have resulted in more frustration because you can't actually speak to someone without wasting a ton of time. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. They don't deserve your business.

I drove around for ever looking for a CVS. Finally at 5am I found CVS store #2077 on Oregon Ave. I was greeted by a young pretty brunette woman, a pharmacist and a gentleman that were very welcoming and friendly. They literally saved me because I was able to access the FREE ATM machine allowing me to retrieve all of my available cash. I am not from the area and was very far from home so, I was very grateful that they allowed me to retrieve my security blanket.

Cassandra Letho is not one to go above and beyond for those needing medication. She condescending to fellow employees as well. Someone need to say it for change to happen.\\nShe is way to busy to make a phone call for someone. Get her some help in they branch. If not, she will continue to be rude, short and disrespectful to those that come in.

Made an appointment for both my husband and I to receive the 3rd booster for 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When we arrived at around 10:35, we walked right up to the "vaccine/consult" desk. There were about 8 employees including the little blond male pharmacist and one person in the regular line. He sat in front of us to do something at the computer which was fine but he kept walking back and forth and acted as if we weren't standing there in the first place. No acknowledgement, no "I'll be right with you".With a huff, he finally uttered a "Can I help you?" It was now 10:48 and the app was still not letting us check in. He told us (with an 11:00 a.m.appt) that we had to come back that he had people waiting in line. There was no one.No one in the regular line and just one gentleman and his child behind us.He was rude, dismissive and condescending, really for no reason except that he was having a bad day which was not our problem. We left and called the CVS at Target on Broad and Washington, where we go now except that it wasn't an option on the App, she told us to come in at around 11:30. What a difference in customer service!19th and Oregon used to be our pharmacy until we moved. When we asked to have our prescriptions transferred some time ago, they told me that couldn't do it, reason given that they didn't "have the time".The clincher? After we received our booster, I received an alert (11:52 a.m.) telling me that 19th and Oregon no longer had vaccines. They are and have been pretty much a mess over there for about the last couple of years. Shame.

I always get first-class treatment at this CVS. I enjoy my visits there to shop or pick up prescriptions.

They always have 5 or 6 people working behind the counter, but regardless, you ALWAYS have to wait forever. It's terrible.

I have never gotten my prescription in less than twenty minutes. Every single time I come here it’s always wait wait wait until you’re half dead

Went through the drive through here. It was very quick and the employee was easy to understand. Only one drive through kiosk was operational when I went, but the service was still quick. They should probably add a out of order sign or something. Definitely a move to use this cvs!

I want to give this CVS drive thru zero stars. Worst drive thru experience ever. Insurance requires I go to CVS instead of Walgreens (where they have their shit together) for "maintenance medication". Go figure Aetna now owns CVS. EXPECT TO WAIT 45mins In their drive thru line. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, there is always a long line. Totally ridiculous.

ive been going to this pharmacy for years. I've encountered nice pharmacists, some who really didn't seem to care if i received my medication, and some who wouldn't leave for the day until they sorted it out any problems for me. overall I do like this pharmacy and have encountered tons of nice people working back in the pharmacy but I feel like some don't understand how important some of the medication is to people and I feel like im bothering them when I call but I do give them 5 stars because they are my pharmacy and have been going there since I can remember and I am 32.
