This is by far the worse CVS I've ever been to in my life, the Pharmacy staff is absolutely horrible and very slow & also careless & ignorant. Please hire new Pharmacy staff at this location ASAP. The prescriptions are never ever ready when it's suppose to be

Waited thirty (30) minutes just for them to tell me my prescription wasn't Calais. No curtesy call for me to contact my healthcare provider, no text, no nothing. Absolute waste of space, horrible staff, they deserve to lose their pharmacy license.

I ha e a particular team at Chestnuthill 19118. They have gotten to know me as I am chronically ill and have to go in every few weeks. They treat me with kindness and respect and answer questions. If there are ever any confusions for problems they sort them out quickly and make sure I’m all set for my treatments. My favorite Pharmacist is Beatty Urban - she’s sensible straightforward and no drama there are particularly good vet techs also. I appreciate all this very much!

I have never had worse experiences at a pharmacy. First time as a new customer, someone had entered my name completely wrong (Jennifer) so they couldn't locate my prescription when I went back to pick it up. Next month I called my prescription in and they didn't have it ready for two weeks... To get a prescription filled you need to call twice and stand in line for 15 minutes three times in 2 weeks!? Still wasn't even prepared!

Two days after a doctor phoned in a Rx is was still not available. Was told to come back in a few days. Two weeks later I returned. Guess what: initially the rep could not find the Rx. Eventually he found it on another computer and said it would be ready in 15-30 minutes. I waited around a bit, then left. We will see if it's ready when I return.

I had a very good experience here, one of the best cvs's I've been too. When I needed help someone was available right away to assist me. Will definitely be going there again!
