They tell you to have your prescriptions transferred there then the wait till it's due and tell you we don't fill these here and won't transfer them somewhere else to get filled they tell you go to the doctor's and have them transfer it so you have to suffer as the pharmacist laughs at you like it's a joke they have a few people I talked with have said they have had the same experience they need to have there license pulled.for making people suffer

Today October 20 2025- it’s almost every time I need service here it’s a problem at this location. The workers/ crew are the worst of the worst. I called because I had a question before I came in the store. I was tight on time and needed to both take my dog for his business walk and to pick up my meds. Since I had my dog I wanted to be respectful and ask before I went in if I can go in and grab my meds even though I had my dog with me. I was prepared with everything for my dog if my wanted me to muzzle him first. The man that picked up the phone was already irritated when I started to ask my question. By his response he wasn’t listening to anything much because he gave me the wrong answer. I mean his answer didn’t make since so he sucked his teeth in with I said never mind and he hung up on me abruptly. I always have the worst time in this particular CVS. I had to take a chance and see if they helped at the drive through. She did reluctantly but she did.

I have been coming to this CVS forever (ok early 2000's). I always liked the quality at CVS a lot more than Rite Aid but I went there tonight and it kinda sucked. First off there was only 1 shopping cart for the whole store and none of the baskets you carry and put your items in. I checked everywhere and couldn't find one. All the makeup is completely locked up,which I guess I can understand because of how much theft has been going on in all the retail stores. But I like to look at what I am gonna buy and touch it and compare items. I only saw two employees working and I was there for over an hour and never saw anyone at the registers. I also on saw the security guard at the entrance when I first entered and than someone was leaving and the alarm was going off. The guy just kept walking and no one came to the front. Seems kinda crazy all the locked shelves and the alarm going off and no one coming to see why.

Horrible pharmacy staff. The pharmacists can't even count to 12. Yeah that's right 12. I guess 8 is the new 12. The bald pharmacist that was on tonight 5/23 after 9pm was very unprofessional he would definitely with an eye roll contest. If you get anything filled here make sure you check it seems like someone can count or has sticky fingers. We will be finding a new pharmacy since thus has been an ongoing frustrating problem.

The day manager at cvs on Harbison Ave made me feel discriminated against when he expressed they dont give refunds for transactions made with a “government issued cards” Those were his exact words! I used my OTC card They do refunds at any other store with no problem! He wouldn't even allow me to make an exchange He made me feel less of a person at that moment Im not shame to use my OTC card I worked all my life for these benefits and shouldnt be made to feel bad about it My OTC card has a master card logo and a return should be processed as if it were a credit card Heres the kicker I spoke to someone in corporate and they sided with him Anyone knows a lawyer that interested in looking into this? Im still upset about it!
