The people that work in the pharmacy are rude and unprofessional. You get calls and text saying your prescription is ready to pick and then you go there to get it but it is not ready and now you have come back and deal with these assholes again!

The most horrible customer service I've ever seen at the pharmacy department. All of the employees are mean and miserable except for one lady that is very nice. I watched one yell at an elderly lady because she she said she got a voicemail that her medication was ready. She didn't understand the voicemail and the tech was yelling at her that she had to press 1 on her phone to refill it. Is the the way they would want their elderly parent to be treated? I think not. Another lady made an appointment for a flu shot and the pharmacist told her to go sit down and he had no idea when he would get to her. Then she asked if she should come back later and he said he didn't even think he would get to her today. These employee are beyond rude and if I didn't have to use CVS I wouldn't but I have to due to my insurance. This whole place needs a complete overhaul and they need training in basic human compassion and customer service.

This CVS at Frankford Ave and Benton St has the worst customer service in the Pharmacy Department. They have no people skills what so ever. They never follow up with doctors for prescription and when you Question them, they blame the doctor, and never admit to their errors. They never have meds in stock and tell you they have to order it. Dont they realize that medication is needed by us asap when we are sick or have a medical condition? Because of my insurance I have to CVS but I will be calling the insurance company to file a complaint and see where else I can go. Pharmacist Horrible, Technitions Horrible, Cashiers Horrible! Very unprofessional

Ask their pharmacist for a refill for a prescription. They told me I was out. And who is this guy nick that has a attitude. Not sure if that’s how he should be taking to customers . Had my dr office call for a refill as well. Then he tell my dr. My refill was ready and gave her a attitude too. Please get your information correct before telling me that I have no refill!
