The pharmacy is excellent when it comes to active listening. My husband ran out of meds and the insurance company said it was too soon to refill medication even though the Doctor changed prescription dose. That’s where the pharmacist and the doctor collaborated and came up with a solution. CVS PHARMACY ROCKS!!

The woman that waited on me today March 6th 2023 with real friendly she helped me out with my medicine that I had to pick up she is very good she's very sad and she knows what to say to a customer to make them comfortable I don't know her name but thank you I always shop there near my home

Not sure what's going on at this location but I've been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. The last two months have been ridiculous. The purpose of me signing up for Carepass was to take full advantage of my scripts being delivered. Not sure why CVS changed to Shipt but they haven't been reliable. I've had better results with my scripts coming thru the mail. Last month my order kept cancelling itself and rescheduling every hour. I must of had about 10 messages saying my order was rescheduled. It was about 9pm when it was finally delivered, the Shipt person stated my address was wrong in the system and she came from Pottstown which is abt an hour away. This went on all day an no one called me. Yesterday I put my script thru to be delivered today. I got a confirmation it would be delivered between 9-11am. It is after 12 noon, I've been sitting here waiting as I have things to do also. So I call the pharmacist and explain to her it hasn't arrived, she tells me I can pick it up.. I tell her that's why I pay for Carepass every month. She said I can call Shipt if I want. I said I'm not calling anybody that's your job. I said I'll just come get it. The pharmacist calls me back and say Shipt is there now and it's on its way and she hung up on me. Few minutes later I get a text saying it's been picked up, two minutes after that I get another text saying it's been delivered. So I wait abt an hour before calling the pharmacist back, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told I'm the pharmacist but you can speak to me. Again I explain the issue and she puts me on hold and comes back and says they Shipt person cancelled it cause the pharmacist said you were coming to get it. I said that before I was called back and was told it's on its way!!!! So now I'm pissed off again and have to leave my house spend gas to get there for a service I pay for already. There was no notification that CVS was even changing to Shipt in the first place. The last two months have been an epic failure. I can only hope this process gets better or I'll be Cancelling Carepass. As for the folks working in the Pharmacy education is needed, especially in customer service. I hate to be the person to write a bad review when most instances have been good, it's the disrespect for me and lack of consideration.

This use to be a good location but since the civil unrest in philly they really don't care. You get your RX when it's convient for them. My RX is out of stock/ not we ordered it and are waiting for delivery. I called the CVS in Drexel Hill to ask if they could fill it they, "said since it's ordered they can't fill it so now I have to wait. Mind you this medication is on auto fill. I did that to avoid having to wait for my medications.

Good Afternoon Yelp Family!!! This CVS Location is right near Dunkin' and there is an Aldi plus a gas station all in the same development. This CVS is not my favorite, but it is close to home and it serves its purpose when I am close to home and I cannot make it to another CVS location. The employee that was at the check-out counter is always polite and respectable. This location usually has what I need. What I needed today was some snacks because I was on my way to church because the church was having a special program because of Martin Luther King's Holiday. The daughter of one of the Little Rock Nine was present. Little Rock Nine was the slogan given the students who integrated an all white school. The lady was interviewed and she was gracious enough to answer questions. This occurred on Monday, January 20th. The presentation was very interesting and whoever was there (the audience) was in for an entertaining time. There are a lot of parking spaces here, since there are so many businesses here. Ok Yelp Family - til next review!!!

The staff is great but management won't turn the parking lot lights on. It's very dark and poses a hazard to the community. Please turn on the parking lot lights

Usually pretty good. Cashiers have gotten much more polite and friendlier. Always seems to be under staffed.

I Just Had My Prescriptions Transferred From Rite Aid--Haverford Ave & Greenhill Rd CLOSED--Very Happy I Was Welcomed When I Had My Medications Filled There. ALSO---THAT IS OVERBROOK PARK
