A female pharmacist who refused to give me her name, stated she would not fill my prescription because she "did not like my attitude" and she hung up on me! My Dr called it in there and it was urgent. My " attitude" was that I asked who I was speaking with because I needed to explain my insurance and I already had been transferred . Needless to say, I had to get it filled elsewhere. This conduct is illegal and cannot be tolerated.

I phoned them about needing a script transferred from another pharmacy (other phx didn't have the med). They said it would take a couple hours. (They have the med, verified my insurance). I have covid, and let's just say.....never got the med! Just excuses.

This pharmacy reminds me of the old time pharmacies where it was a one-man operation or two man operation and he would stop and talk to you about the medication as you’re taking. How are you doing that kind of stuff they’re very personable concerned experience and professional every time I go there they tried to help me save money. If I’m getting a new medication, they come to me and talk to me about it or they tell me if it’s not going to interact well with some of the medication That I’m already taking it’s like an old time pharmacy. What more can I say?

The worst cvs pharmacy I have ever encountered in my life. It's Supposed to be open 24/7 but will close at random times. The pharmacist quit so sometimes the pharmacy just isn't open. There's rarely even inventory on the shelves. Don't go here.

Rashmia Lee at the Minute Clinic is the only reason I'm writing this review. Rashmia was so kind, funny, and made me feel comfortable. Rashmia was also very personable and somehow took the time to get to know me even though I was in the room for less than 10 minutes. Thanks for making my visit pleasant, Rashmia!

Their hours work well if you have any immediate prescription needs. The aisles tend to be a bit more organized than most typical CVS stores and parking is easily found.

The pharmacy end of the CVS is so much better than it used to be, and its facilitation of my covid vaccination was perfect, stress-free...and that is the only reason this place gets two stars. Every shopping experience with the CVS front end, however, just stinks. Every time. What's frustrating is that here's this big, beautiful store that is well-stocked, clean, and orderly...but there is absolutely zero-presence of staff. Any time I need help, which is usually because the store is so big and slightly disorienting, and I'm looking around trying to read the aisle signs there's never a soul in sight...but when I have something in my hands and/or am looking to browse/shop, I get rushed to the counter and out the door. This last trip I found what I needed right away, but saw they were running a sale circular/FSI/whatever you guys call it with the yellow tags all over everywhere and started to look at the specials before I got tag-teamed by two associates who were desperate to get me to the counter where the guy up front was equally as desperate to funnel me to the new self-checkout kiosk...they were in such a hurry to get me out of the store I felt like I was creating a problem for them and *I* apologized at each handoff, \\\"Oh, I'm sorry; sure, yes...\\\" I just don't understand why you bother to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store and go to all the trouble of setting an FSI ad sale up if you're not going to let people shop it. Actually, I do understand. I spent 15 years in music retail mgmt in PHL, ATL, and D.C. and I have a great appreciation and empathy for those that are responsible for driving the sales of a vast and varied inventory across acres of urban sales floors as well as protecting it all from professional booster bags, crackheads, and screaming children...and doing it with call-outs and no more than a few scraps of payroll hours. LP, I get it... but not everybody is trying to rip you off right in front of you. Sometimes (and dare I say more often than not), a shopper is just a shopper. And seeing as Ive hardly left the house at all the last 18 months, it'd be nice if one of these days I can just casually shop without six associates six inches away fiddle-fixing something that doesn't need fixing while LP-lazer-gazing burning, searing holes through my soul and taking turns one right after the next asking \\\"Hi, are you all set?\\\" \\\"Sir, are you ready to check out?\\\" \\\"Did you need me to take that up to the front for you?\\\" \\\"Sir, the self-checkout is straight ahead.\\\" It's hard finding decent people, harder to find those good at selling, and it can take some time developing hires into LP-minded staff. The trick is to indoctrinate associates into LP minded thinking, but not so much to the point where they're unwilling to let me give them my money by way of selling/sales.

Alarming place. I hope they close this place down. They actually shorted me 4 antibiotic pills and when I went back to notify the pharmacy, the pharmacist told me "are you sure you didn't lose track of the days?" I said, "I just picked this up 2 hours ago, I haven't taken any". Every customer better count their meds! That was just one of the many negative experiences I've endured there. They're understaffed in the general store area and usually not stocked with what I need. So why bother? And there's all this stuff under lock and key due to shoplifting, like razors and tooth brush replacement heads, if you can find someone to open it for you without having to wait in line. They should just keep the whole store under lock and key and slide me stuff through a speakeasy window. Even after a deceiving 40% coupon quick search shows things cheaper at Target down the block.

I went to this particular CVS pharmacy 6701Ridge Ave immediately after surgery to fill my prescriptions 06.07.2021 at about 6pm - I was met with an extremely cold and rude Asian female (I apologize I SHOULD have noted a badge name) she refused to fill my prescription stating that the Doctor doesn't have the ability to work with calling in that medication or authorization to do so with my particular insurance - I have a commercial gold plan Aetna policy and also state Medicaid - I'm standing there with my hospital arm bands on obviously struggling to even stand there - I tried to explain my situation - asked her what can I do - she offered ZERO assistance and just a nasty curt attitude - I then drove 30 miles away to another CVS still open and cheerfully had my prescriptions filled - This employee has no business interacting with pharmacy patrons - BTW the courteous CVS is 835 Old York Road and the RX is open 24/7 - I thank them wholeheartedly as I am now home resting from my operation after a 3 1/2 ordeal just to get my prescribed medications

The level of unprofessionalism from the night pharmacist was alarming. She was immediately curt when we arrived as if we were bothering her, even though no one else was in line. She could not find the prescription the Children's Hospital allegedly sent over. Period; asked no questions; offered no suggestions. I said I just called Children's but got no answer. My poor daughter was in pain so I asked if the pharmacist could call and she elevated her voice and wildly threw her arms in the air shouting that I just told her the urgent care didn't answer, "what is she gonna do?!" I asked her to come over and look at the paperwork to check the address printed to see if it matched and she refused saying she is busy going back and forth to the window and computer, which she acted out in exaggerated actions. She continued to shout when I said I was just trying to get some help. Completely uncalled for. We left.

They are amazing! I love them at the pharmacy! I got upset when the doc messed up my script and I yelled at them on the phone. I'm so sorry. You guys handled everything so great!

Why do people come here? People here are miserable and so incredibly rude. There are nice local pharmacies and even 3 other CVS nearby. Avoid at all costs.

Drove to the minute clinic anyway after the impossibility of getting anyone on the phone only to be told "sorry" in response to my advising that the website says they take walk-ins until 3:30pm. It was 2:55pm and their hours are until 4:30pm.
