I booked a vaccine appointment online. I arrived early, wasted time in Target until my scheduled appointment, but when I went over the pharmacy was closed. No notice, no email from the automated system that I used to book the appointment 3 days earlier. Complete waste of time.

I walked in to see if I can get a flu shot and Covid vaccines. I was directed to a barcode to set up an appointment. I could not even ask questions or anything. The pharmacist did not even look at me in the eyes. I did not get his name but he was Asian. I'm busy at work and I wanted to ensure I receive my vaccine as I had time to stop by. The app/web does not allow me to select this location but again, I wasn't even able to talk to someone to discuss options. Really terrible customer service. I will not be back to this location. Usually CVS employees even when busy, they are friendly enough to help, but not at this location.

The Pharmacist here, Eric, is a true professional. He helps those who are needy find resources and generic medicines that are less expensive. He is always on top of prescriptions, quickly orders transfers and refills. Eric also is a great resource on medications and for interactions, and for over-the-counter remedies and supplements. He watched my vaccination history and helps me stay up to date as well. I've sent 3-4 of my friends over there and can't be happierBetter than any other Pharmacy I've ever used. Staff are always helpful and polite even when it's crunch time. I highly Recommended transfer your scripts there now!
