Very rude painters in the store today.
Update: I reached out to Customer Service the day I wrote this review. No response thus far.

I kindly asked Zoey (I guess that's the name displayed) one of the employees where I could find lighters and she didn't even look at me cause she was too busy taking care of a shelf. Not a smile, not eye contact. With a rude tone she said "checkout area". And I said "where exactly?". And she said "you can't reach them you have to wait for me". So I said ok. She made me wait. Then she came (at that point I was just looking by myself). And with a very rude tone she asked me "which one??". I said I needed to see them and she replied "what you see is what we have". I said I'm good and I left. She should get fired. Worst customer service ever.
The other employee was nice, I asked her where to find other stuff and fortunately she kindly replied with a smile and accurate information.

Ms. Edith at the 19th & Chestnut CVS branch in Philadelphia went above and beyond in helping me today (2/4/25). I was in a bind. I had 4 passport photos taken in Houston, TX in December. I now find out I needed 5 photos. They needed to be identical. I was going to have to pay for 5 new photos. People in the store said to take them to Staples and have them make a copy. I was out of time so I said I'll just pay for 5 new photos. I really didn't want to spend this additional money but I needed the photos today and was really frustrated. Ms. Edith overhead this conversation and jumped into action. I was out of patience. She was kind and patient and understood my situation. I showed her the photos and receipts from the other CVS. She said let me see what I can do. To make a long story short, she made mini copies and had them printed. They looked better than my original passport photos. I can't thank her enough. She saved me time and money. I will visit this CVS often and talk about the considerate and understanding staff, especially Ms. Edith. I can't thank her enough.

I find the CVS store located at 19th and Chestnut in Philadelphia most accommodating, helpful and friendly. I also like that there is a security presence.

Marion was really helpful.
Also if anyone’s looking for it, they do Schengen/EU visa photos - you just need to select a European country on the printing screen
