If I could give this location zero stars I would. Besides this location being limited in the amount of inventory, one two many times now I have been disrespected by an employee here. Most recently, hence me reviewing them now, the staff at the pharmacy are curt, rude and ignorant. I show up to the pharmacy right on time (3 minutes before they "break for lunch") and was outright refused to allow me to pickup my much needed prescription. There was one lady they were still helping, while another associate just stood there glaring at me to leave. When I stated my prescription was already to go (I received notification to come pick it up during said time) the other employee very nasty began shutting the blinds stating it was now their lunch. So you mean to tell me the whole time this other associate was standing there counting down to lunch, she could have been servicing me (a two minute process mind you). Instead she decided to count down the remaining minutes chastising me and being discourteous. This is not what customer service is but I have to remember this location has never been courteous. I will be going to 2nd market from now on.

Love the layout, cleanliness and staff at this CVS location. Staff was prompt when I needed an item to be unlocked. However, the 4 stars are because with this location having a large volume of customers, the shopping experience is kind of chaotic because other customers needs items unlocked to purchase. Not blaming CVS because they have every right to prevent theft. Just long for the days where things were not like this when shopping.

A joke of an establishment. I had to knock on the doors at 9:55pm when the sign says open until 10pm. No professionalism or any explanation as to why doors shut early from the employee who turned away 4 customers.

So, my shopping experience at this CVS was fine but when I got to the front checkout, I was taken back by how absolutely abysmal the cashier was. She was on the phone the entire time, want a call that was personal, should an absolutely terrible and mean attitude, and did not once look up to look me in the face, nor did she greet me. I had to greet her first. I've worked in customer service, and I've worked at CVS. And I would have been fired on the spot if I had behaved this way. CVS, hire better people.

Bret the pharmacy manager thought it was amusing that I couldn’t get through on the phone and that I’ve have been trying to get my script filled via there app and IVR for a week - He actually chuckled the level of care and professionalism is poor! Starting from the top down, apparently.

Tried to get help with a forgotten prescription while traveling but the staff couldn’t be bothered take 10 minutes or less to help me 30 minutes before closing. Sent me to another location which fortunately was happy to help despite being much busier.

Sadly, this store is always chaotic when I go in. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just overwhelmed. I was just in here picking up a prescription and was verbally harassed by three young teen girls (who were in the process of shoplifting) while I was on line. I can stand up for myself and de-escalate situations however, I don’t want to be harassed or ganged up on when I’m coming to pick up an RX or shop. I stopped coming here for a while and then came back because it’s convenient. It’s a shame that this place is so crazy and unruly. I wish security would be more mindful of who enter and keep both employees and patrons feeling safe.. I would not recommend this location. Go to 12th and Walnut or 18th and Chestnut locations or just get your things delivered. This CVS is the worst location in Center City. Avoid.

I like the CVS downtown 11th & Market Street. They have everything that I need in there. And all the CVS staff was very nice ? to me.

I have shopped at CVS Pharmacy they have a good customer service and professional. There prices are reasonable. They have Santander ATM for easy access for deposits / withdrawals.

I get the need to protect your product but then you need to staff appropriately. Waiting 5 minutes for deodorant makes you lose a paying customer.
