CVS and pharmacy staff have treated me with so much disrespect. Pharmacist Aneena or Amena whom is an Indian woman belittled me in front of about 10 customers, and shouted my personal business out loud. This was sensitive information regarding my medications and she yelled it out loud. CVS staff is also so miserable, rude, and upset. I have witnessed staff on multiple occasions dispersing rude and nasty energy to each customer they’ve encountered. Constantly complaining about the terrible work environment. Pharmacy is terrible. Switch your medications if you’re able.

Update: How does Amna Aziz still have a job when she’s literally the worst person I’ve ever interacted with?
I dare CVS management to visit this pharmacy. Really. Before they do, they should submit multiple prescription orders through the app that are confirmed but never filled, then they should leave voicemails two days in a row—because you can’t speak directly to a pharmacist—without getting the promised call back. THEN they should wait in line for 20-30 minutes watching a staff ignore customers and talk loudly about not wanting to be there before an unbelievably rude pharmacist tells them they shouldn’t have waited until an hour til closing to come in.
Really, CVS execs. I dare you to experience that and not shut this store down IMMEDIATELY.

This CVS does NOT call back to reply to voicemails. I called twice last week, each time for a request regarding a separate prescription, and received no calls back. When I went to pick up my prescriptions today neither request had been fulfilled. If there is an issue with a request, CALL LIKE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO so we as customers can do what we can do on our end to help you and ourselves.
update: I was made to pay for a prescription because I was told my insurance was no longer covering it, when the actual problem is that for some reason my insurance information entirely disconnected from my account. Why would they not say that there was 0 insurance in my account, and that was why I was being charged? I wasted money that I shouldn't have had to spend, if they told me I would have simply shown them my physical insurance card to add to the account to get the coverage I pay for. These pharmacists do not care to take even 10 seconds of their time to help out the customers. THIS IS A SERVICE JOB- don't take it if you can't handle providing customer service.

I made an appt, last week, to receive two vaccinations via the CVS online portal. Went through the steps electing the vaccines, then the location and finally the appt time. Sounds straight forward, right?
I show up for my appt early this morning. Pharmacist asks which vaccines i'm there for. I tell her and she states they don't carry them at this location and that I should call other CVS' in the Philly area to see if they do.
When I pointed out the obvious next question of then why did your system allow me to book it she blamed it on corporate.
So I headed over to the CVS Reddit which is all CVS current/former employees to find out that ANY location can order ANY vaccine and the lead time to receive them is typically 1-2 days. So this location has a clear issue with not being interested in driving revenue or providing customer service.
This is why CVS is a dying brand. They've turned their backs on the core business of being a pharmacy and focus on locking up the rest of the store of junk food and face cream.

Parking is very limited and often full. Pharmacy is extremely slow and employees don't seem to want to be there. Can only blame CVS for not creating a better work environment. Was pushed to this pharmacy when they closed the CVS in the nearby target.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacy is absolutely worthless. They only accept voicemail, which states they'll call back in an hour. They don't ever call back. They never have prescriptions ready in a reasonable time. Can commonly take days to fill. When you go there and the medication is in stock, they won't let you wait, and make you come back at the end of the shift.
Good luck with this place. The entire ignorant pharmacy department should be fired.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! The woman pharmacist who is mentioned in many reviews is so rude and nasty. And it’s not a one time occurrence every experience I’ve had with her is unprofessional. She is extremely mean, unhelpful, and rude. The workers that help in the back are also unprofessional but I guess you can’t blame them when they see it coming from the pharmacist. I don’t understand how management hasn’t addressed this issue. Teach your team customer service or get a new team. How many bad reviews does it take for the pharmacy to receive the feedback. Everyone hates coming here read the reviews and please fix the problem.
EDITED TO ADD: the pharmacy says it opens at 9am but someone didn’t come until 9:15. See picture below this was as of 9:14 am on 2/21/25

Horrible. They don’t pick up phones at pharmacy when doctor tries to call. Lies about phones being down and no fax machine. Bitter and mean.

Diamond is extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. As is the rest of the staff in the pharmacy. Rude, disrespectful, inattentive, and incompetent. Quite literally the worst pharmacy in the area. The line is usually 10+ people long, spanning half the store length. Pharmacists will not take requests over the phone or even answer the phone. They do not listen to or respond to voicemails. Essentially if you want a refill you need the app and if the pharmacy decides to replace your prescribed meds with “similar” but cheaper meds (not the generic version, but a different medication that does the same thing) you’re SOL and have to wait in the 10+ people line to ask for them to adjust the prescription to the appropriate medication, and then wait another 20 min for them to redo the entire prescription.

Everytime I've beeb to this pharmacy there has been a problem. The pharmacy staff is incompetent. They take their lunch whenever they want instead of posted hours. 2pm in the pic, and no one around. The store manager on duty said they can't control the pharmacy staff, they get constant complaints and has to apologize for them regularly.
