I rarely feel compelled to do this, but I had to write a review for this place because it is such an experience. Like the Jerry Springer Show of CVS Pharmacies. I legitimately believe there are 50/50 odds of witnessing a customer screaming at a pharmacy assistant on any given visit. The people working behind the desk have a listless, utterly checked out affect, wearing it as mental armor against an onslaught of angry customers. Let me be clear, I’ve had prescriptions sent here that were never filled, pharmacists that promised they’d call me back and didn’t, etc. The service is not good, so the anger is not surprising. But there’s a deeper systematic rot going on here than just a couple checked out workers. Whether it’s the prescription load, the management, the computer systems, etc I can’t say. I recommend the experience if you want to witness the darkness inside all of mankind.

This review is for the Pharmacy. I went to urgent care at around 4:30pm and had prescriptions sent to CVS expedited so that I could make it before pharmacy closing at 6 o’clock and have it filled. the script was sent around 515, I made it to CVS pharmacy at 5:40. I went up to the counter and I said yes I’m here picking up an expedited prescription that was recently sent in within the last hour. Man with dark hair beard and tan complexion rolled his eyes at me and said oh we actually close in 10 minutes (they don’t, they close at six). I said actually you close at 6 o’clock which is more like 20. He then stood there looking at me as if I was just going to accept the fact that they couldn’t fill my script within 20 minutes that they had had since 515. he turned around when I didn’t say anything , realizing he was actually gonna have todo his job, and asked Where are those expedited scripts to the staff. the staff in the back, including the man that gave me attitude, just messed and joked around with eachother until 555 when finally someone with a white coat stepped in, said guys stop messing around fill those script so the patient can get out of here, “less talking more working” were his exact words. I had pneumonia and was coughing up a storm sweating, the works. As I was checking out, a different blonde female with glasses stepped away from the register twice to continue the joking/talking with the staff in the middle of checking me out. The lack of empathy, rudeness, and laziness, was incredible. I’ve been coming to this cvs for the five years I’ve lived in no libs. I never understood why this cvs has such a low rating before until tonight.

Someone who worked here as a pharmacy staff member told me "oh that place is a dumpster fire, send your prescription anywhere else." Indeed, they couldn't fill prescriptions we needed for weeks - only sending them to other pharmacies resolved the issue. Challenging parking, long waits. We've taken the advice from that staff member, needless to say, and fortunately there are effective pharmacy options not too far away.

This 5 stars is for the pharmacy. I have to pick up prescriptions from them often and have never had a problem, even when I just ask for a refill. They call my doctor’s office and help me out.
I have gotten my vaccinations there as well and they have always been professional and easy.

I am a pharmacist at another pharmacy trying to get prescriptions transferred for my 90 year old grandmother to this location. Never again. I was hung up on multiple times. I have been trying to transfer these prescriptions since Friday and it is now Monday. I tried to be understanding as I know the state of retail pharmacy now days and how busy it can be. But when i called back this afternoon around 3pm to check to see if they finally received her prescriptions I was rudely told to call back in a few hours by a female technician. Maybe if she took the time to have less of an attitude and actually checked with the pharmacist if he got the prescriptions yet she would understand I had been dealing with this with him prior. It takes 2 mins max to check the status. Then when i had to call back several times to reach the pharmacist himself he starts raising his voice instead of taking accountability for this mess of a situation and techs attitude. Everyone refused to give their name when asked. The unprofessionalism of the staff at this pharmacy is ridiculous.

I almost never write reviews. Unless it's a.very bad one or an impressive one.
But today, I experienced one of the best customer service I ever got.
Staff were very accommodating, friendly, professional and helpful.
Thank you. Whoever worked today at 7pmish, You are are amazing! Kudos to you!

Pharmacy experience is never more than a 1/5. They never answer the phone, and everytime I pick up my prescription it’s the same run around, wait in line at one desk for 20 minutes, then get sent to another desk for 20, and then wait 15 minutes for a fill. Today is especially bad, I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year, it’s just as bad every time. Been standing here they said they were waiting for a call from my doctor, after about 25 minutes of standing there I took it upon myself to get to the back of the line, and they were just like “oh yeah, let’s get that filled.” Like they probably would have let me stand at the other counter all day and said nothing. I just come here because it’s close to my house, but I think it’s time I made a change. There is no reason I should be waiting for over an hour and a half for a prescription. Like, it’s not social hour, please fill the friggin prescription so I can do the other million and two things I need to get done.

I love this location. Everyone is so friendly and easy going. The store is well stocked and I can tell they try hard to please.
