Eric, the manager here, could not be more rude or condescending. I went in trying to deposit money to my mobile banking app, and he was incredibly unhelpful. He mocked me for thinking CVS did these deposits, despite the app directing me there. CVS has sucked for a long time, this is just one more reason not to go there.

Eric is the manager at my local CVS and is exceptional at his job! When good customer service is often abysmal in so many shopping experiences, Eric is always on his game and in large part, the reason we are frequently at CVS!

Before work, I picked up my prescription only to discover that one was missing. After work, I stopped by to pick it up but realized I had left my phone at my job. Stuck without a ride, the manager, Mar, and the security guard on duty kindly lent me their phone to call a cab. Their help made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate their kindness! Thank you!

Honestly. Some of the people who work here (not sure who is who since we only communicate by phone); but I’m anxious about calling each month because I feel like they hate my guts. I’m polite but there are manufacturing issues with a med that I take, and it’s not easy to deal with and causes a lot of stress since I have to call like 30 pharmacies to see if it’s in stock.
Yesterday I used the “send a message to your pharmacy” via the app, and a woman called me and sounded really annoyed. Just realize that not all of us are out to get you. I’ve worked retail and I can’t imagine. But please try to lighten up. It’s not easy out here for anyone so please stop sounding so annoyed whenever I call or even contact you by mistake. Thanks

I absolutely adore this location! It's a perfect fit for my South Philly lifestyle. The parking lot can be a bit busy, but it's always a relief to find a spot. The staff is incredibly helpful. I make it a point to send all my prescriptions to this location. They have saved me from doctor errors and serious medication conflicts multiple times. They always double-check with you to ensure accuracy and proper understanding of your medication. They've also helped me save time and money by showing me over-the-counter alternatives and even walking me to the aisle to compare. All the pharmacy techs are wonderful, but seeing Ms. Deborah is always a delight. She truly has the kindest heart in the business.
Joe works tirelessly to keep the aisles well-stocked, and despite his quiet nature, he's fantastic at helping you find any item in the store. He's amazing!
My absolute favorite has to be Eric! He's the backbone of the store, always bustling around, working hard, and greeting customers. I truly can't imagine this location without him! He's not only kind but also takes the time to ask about your kids and greets them warmly. He really makes you feel like part of the family. Plus, he's taught me how to maximize my savings with coupons! He's a true gem! I just love Eric!
Roe I didn't forget about you! Always around when you need her for a helping hand or a good laugh. She keeps is real and shes great with kids too!

Pharmacy here is terrible they never answer the phone, always seem to have trouble filling prescriptions or answering the phone for prescribers. I’ve been sitting on the phone for hours just to try to get my prescriptions transferred from this location to avoid the headache and can’t even get in touch with someone at this location to do that…

The phone number DOES NOT work - you can’t get through. After waiting in the IVR for 10 min they send you to voicemail and NEVER return the call I’ve left several messages. The app says scripts will be filled but they don’t send any text messages so you’re forced to call only to be forced to voicemail, the loop is never ending. I’ve been waiting for 4 days for my script and no one to talk for help! The pharmacy has the worst service call now if you want proof. I guess I’ll have to go in for assistance - this is not healthcare. They should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring customers.
