Received an alert that a script was ready so I went over around 4 on Sunday, 11/12 and the pharmacy was CLOSED! The front said there was a staffing issue. This is unacceptable! What if it was an emergency?!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!I thought I'd switch my pharmacy to my local CVS. I called on Saturday to have them transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. Tuesday, I get an email saying that there was a problem. Wednesday, I spend 10 minutes on hold, but have to hang up without speaking to anyone because my lunch break was over. Friday, I call again, only to find out from a "substitute" pharmacist that my prescriptions aren't even in their system. Rude and inept, I will NEVER consider using this location again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

CVS keeps closing stores. And now the pharmacies that are still open are getting crushed. 6 people in line for the last 30 minutes I’ve been here.

The lady manager is not helpful and is very unfriendly.The staff doesn’t feel like workingThey had a great old staff that I am not seeing anymore

HORIBLE FARMACY!We went to get the covid vaccine and although we had an appointment we had to wait for more than 1HOUR to get it!Horrible customer support!

This CVS pharmacy doesn't deserve one star, it has earned zero stars. The pharmacists have no customer service skills. They have no patience, are not helpful, rude and unpleasant. Their behavior is reflective of employees that don't like their job. I needed to speak to a pharmacist. I was put "on hold" for 45 minutes. I ended the call because I couldn't continue being on hold.Dealing with this pharmacy has always been frustrating and disappointing. Rite Aid is much better. I don't recommend this pharmacy.

So many of our local CVS Pharmacies have closed. This is a fairly new CVS. and replaced 4 local stores. It serves an important community purpose in terms of access and distance to the next CVS. Hopefully, they are able to restrain shoplifting, and continue the job of supplying needed services and items.

The worst service and the rudest people (both techs and pharmacists). The only good person at this cvs is Sam (one of the pharmacists). Also saw someone get robbed here and it smells horrible in there.

After years as a CVS customer just had the worst experience with Pharmacist Nour Elsayed. The most unprofessional and bad mannered individual I’ve ever encountered at CVS. Too bad the 2nd st location just closed

I tried to call to see if I can transfer my prescription and update my insurance. I tried calling in two different phones and I was not able to get through to the pharmacy. I tried calling for about 30 minutes after 3…. No one picked up and asked me to hold (that’s has happened plenty of times).

Response to CVS CS reply to a complaint I made against a CVS store. Sorry Have no earthly idea which complaint this was? Website not working or so confusing as to make it unusable? Store that I had NEVER been to notifying me that I had 2 refills that I NEVER ordered to pick up? Store that had a refill [that I didn't order] with WRONG DOSAGE on the bottle? Store that NEVER answers the phone except to put you on a never picked up hold? [Told "We're busy," when you finally just give up & go there in person.] Store that swore that doctor did not call in refill when your doc that is a personal friend says otherwise, and instead tells you it's the fault of the assistants who don't do their job? Store that told you AGAIN Rx was not called in & but to come back the next day to pick it up? Store that AGAIN does not have Rx ready because "We've been very busy"?Store that said they would do it right then when told to just CANCEL the Rx that they just said was not filled; same store that the next day filled and charged insurance, making it impossible to have the Rx filled at any other pharmacy? Store that when confronted about that used their tired old excuse "Well, we're very busy." I'm sorry but which complaint are you referring to? PS This isn't the first time I've had trouble with CVS. The first store I tried had a manager who yelled at me for asking where a product was located [1051 South St, Phila, PA]. I gave CVS a second try [421 S 2nd St, Phila PA] and it was CS oriented & well-managed. I decided it must have been just one store. Then in your haste toward more profits, CVS decided to close that store down. So I ended up at the store at 314 S 5th St. Philadelphia, PA that I spoke about above. So, all I can deduce from that is that CVS keeps the rotten apples and throws away the good ones!

I tried to enter the store to make a purchase at 9:30 and was told that only people picking up prescriptions could be served. The store opens at 8:00. The manager was not yet in. And the personell had no information when he (James C.) would be arriving.No blame for the personell, under their circumstances, they were friendly.

The pharmacist, Sam, is great! So helpful and knowledgeable. The store had some empty shelves but I attribute that to the fury before the flurry (impending snowstorm). The store is quiet and on the smaller side but well maintained and well located. There is no parking other than 1 hr street parking (if you can find it).
