This is an excellent CVS. The employees are excellent and the location is extremely high volume so they are always stocking. Self check out is convenient. The management team at this store is razor focused on customer service. The city and the store tolerates panhandlers outside the doors.

The worst service. No one is helpful, they know nothing, and they even scold you for asking.

There is a new issue every time that I come to pick up my prescription. They’ve given me the wrong medications, they’ve said my medication is on hold when it wasn’t. Finally this month, they have no record of the paper prescription that I brought in last month with 3 refills on it. Now I need to tell my doctor that they lost my prescription and get a new one written. I’m changing my pharmacy because I can’t trust them anymore and am now going without my medication due to their incompetence.

I was at the pharmacy today to receive a scheduled Covid shot but before it could happen the pharmacist, Jerry Skolnick, in front of everyone who was within hearing range, hollered the limitations of the Covid shot for me, because of another medicine I was taking (he named the medicine). The irony is I had to mention his inappropriate behavior while receiving this shot for which he did apologize but blamed it on the busyness of the pharmacyI don't buy his flimsy excuse one bit. He did it because he thought it was ok to yell out my business. This is what he is used to doing and getting away with it. I hope at some point this pharmacist is reprimanded maybe then he can reconsider how to engage with his customers.

The customers that post these reviews have been reported. They come into the pharmacy and belittle the staff members. They curse and threaten the employees and cause disrespectful disruption. We have been called every foul name in the book. What they fail to mention is that they don't come in without the adequate or correct information. They also fail to mention that the third parry service providers could not provide the correct information. This is what happens when people are disrespectful and hateful. We couldn't even speak in privacy with the insurer because the persons didn't have an active accoount then they have the audacity to question our qualifications and competency. They also fail to mention the recorded calls from the third party. We don't need to be called Nasty words and given the finger fo making numerous calls to assist. People like this impair the ability to provide a safe and comfortableplace for us and and other customers. They shout and curse while we are trying to assist. Several phones calls were made and it is all recorded. We have video surveillance. These Karen in Wonderland people need help far beyond the scope of what we are required to provide. If you want to tell the story then tell the Truth. These Karen in Wonderland people are disrespectful and harmful. THEY interfere in our ability to perform our tasks like immunization and confidential consultation. Then they wonder why the police get involved .

The pharmacist at this location may be the most incompetent person I’ve ever met in my life. I tried to pick up my prescription and she told me my insurance was rejecting the medication when I simply called my insurance and they told me my medication was indeed accepted/ active. We then started to go back and forth and she had the audacity to say she has been a pharmacist for 30 some years yet when I asked her if she had the correct insurance information down she began to shut down and state she already answered my question. At the end of all of this, the pharmacist did not have the correct member ID number on file. This could have been avoided if she didn’t go down a rabbit hole of how she has been a pharmacist for 30 some years and just double checked her work. Poor thing, I’ll be praying for her.

This pharmacy has no idea what they are doing. I'm a healthcare worker trying to pick up prescriptions and they took over an hour to fill scripts and let me know insurance isn't going thru the system. Take care of people one at a time vs trying to do multiple things at once if unable.

Pharmacy employee named Nichelle is cause for serious concern. I do NOT trust this pharmacist Nichelle with medicine/vaccine handling of any kind. She is hostile, angry and verbally abusive towards customers. Two nights ago, I visited CVS for a prescription. I frequented this location. I will not return due to the obscene and offensive event that ensued.I stood at the counter waiting for 5-10 minutes. There were 2 pharmacists, Sade & Nichelle. I was in visible eye shot of them for a long time, they walked past me. No one acknowledged me. They did not at the very least say, “Hello, I’ll be right with you”. So I waited, without saying a word - No problem. Two men arrived and got in line behind me, looking around to see if anybody was working. I turned them and said I’ve been here for 10 minutes and no one has acknowledged me. One of the men said - hello can we get some service here, she’s been waiting for 10min.Nichelle snapped back immediately, that I hadn’t been waiting 10 minutes, I was a liar(?), that she had other things to do, her colleague was in the bathroom and they would be right with us. Immediately after, she begins obnoxiously laughing, talking very loud with her colleagues, and continuing to ignore the line. I was offended by this rude behavior towards a customer. Whether I was waiting 10 seconds or 10 minutes was not the issue. The issue was that no one even acknowledged me for a long time - until ANOTHER customer came in and said something.I began my transaction with Sade, very kind, and she had to move me over the Nichelle’s counter. I go to Nichelle, the woman that called me a liar. I said Hello. She did not respond! I said, are you having a good day. She, in the fakest and most exaggerated way, says I’m doing SO great!! I said, me too. I don’t know what compelled this woman to be SO nasty towards me. Frankly, at her age, and given that she was at work, it was petty, inappropriate and unprofessional, and she should know better.I decided to say that I didn’t appreciate waiting without acknowledgment and her calling me a liar. Before I could even finish my sentence, Nichelle began YELLING at me. Calling me a liar, calling me a clown, saying I looked like a clown, I was a miserable person (?), the worst type of person. I am NOT exaggerating, she was hurling insults at me. I did not know how to respond. I couldn’t help but laugh because I was stunned that she was harassing me. I let her know, calmly, as the employee her duty is to provide customer service and all she had to do was say “I’ll be right with you”. That was beyond her capacity as a CVS pharmacist. She resumed calling me liar, clown, I “looked” like a clown, etc. She was raising her voice, yelling, insulting me. I was shocked. She told me to “get that smile off my face” and threatened to “call security” and “call the police”.The gentlemen customers witnessed her harassment and they asked the other employee Sade, to please work with me instead as I was being verbally harassed by Nichelle. They told Nichelle, this was unprofessional and disgraceful behavior. Nichelle began YELLING at these customers, calling them names, insulting, threatening and cursing at them. I completely ignored Nichelle realizing she was violent and unhinged.Security and the manager came. I explained the situation to the manager and security and they were unphased by Nichelles harassment of customers - as if it was not the first time. In the background of me discussing with the manager, Nichelle is still screaming in a verbal argument with two customers. The manager offered me the corporate number to file a complaint. I never got “kicked out” as she threatened and they gave me a $10 gift card, indicating I wasn’t the problem. He clearly knew she was out of control.Multiple customers witnessed and left the store. One customer told me that she would not trust a person with obvious anger issues to handle medications. I will be moving ALL my prescriptions elsewhere. I went and spent that $10 in Riteaid. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

If you are looking for the worst customer service and the most impolite pharmacist known to man, visit Michelle at this Pharmacy. Michelle is condescending, arrogant and should consider any other career that does not involve communicating with the public.

The pharmacist here is abrasive, arrogant, and completely unconcerned with assisting her customers. She has no respect for others' time, she completely disregards any patient privacy concerns, and makes no effort to behave professionally.
