Pharmacy staff is very rude. I went in and asked if they were giving out flu vaccines and they said yes I forgot my insurance card at home so I ran back and got it return 30 minutes later and they said they are not doing any walk in appointments and I can not get a flu shot until next month...

Horrible customer service from rep who answered my pharmacy call. Was on hold (including time spent with automated system) for close to 25 min just to be told to call back in 30min. Even then it’s not guaranteed they’d assist. Didn’t even try to help on my case before hanging up the phone on me.

Mabel is amazing. She’s a one woman show most of the time and always does the best she can to multitask and get everything done for a large line of patients! The pharmacy being understaffed is not her fault, she’s doing the best she can!

If you’re looking for some piss poor customer service then look no further than the pharmacy at this CVS. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful staff. I waited over an hour for a vaccine appointment that I scheduled a week in advance. There were no people in front of me. Instead, the pharmacist and other staff decided to waste my time performing other clerical tasks, EVEN TAKING OUT TO THE TRASH, while they had a whole person patiently waiting for her appointment. When you have people waiting, they should be your first priority. Everything else can wait until you have no one to attend to. No one gave me any time estimate or even apologized for my long wait, and even got defensive with me when I spoke up for myself. I’m not one to get upset easily and almost never speak up for myself in public, but let me tell you I was furrrrious. This CVS should be closed.

Cannot seem to staff appropriately and wait times to pick up filled prescriptions are at minimum 15 minutes. Store shelves are often bare of essentials. It was great when it opened. Sad to have to change as it is closest to home

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY STAFF! I called to check on a script and was rudely told she was working alone and immediately hung up on me. I called back twice and got hung up on again. Being understaffed doesn’t warrant hanging up on patients who need a medication.

Do not come to this pharmacy. It is disorganized and they will gaslight you for their disorganization.I scheduled a COVID shot for 11 am. I checked in online a couple of minutes early. When I arrive, 1 person is in line. I talk to the pharmacist, they tell me to sit and wait...more than an hour later (after multiple people who showed up after me got vaccines), they claimed to have called my name and then just moved on to the next person. They NEVER called my name, I was sitting there the entire time. When I first spoke up, they said they were 2 days behind (on a vaccine?) and that's why they overlooked me. Somehow didn't overlook the other people waiting for a vaccine though.What is the point of me making an appointment and showing up on time if there will be such a long delay? No one else was there for a vaccine when I arrived.The CVS in the Target on Pennsylvania Avenue is waaay better. I would have gone there for my COVID shot if they had appointments available.Edit: at 12:50, nearly 2 hours after I arrived and checked in, I finally got my vaccine. I had to ask the pharmacist for a bandage, which I literally have never had to do. What kind of medical "professional" doesn't provide a bandage? I wouldn't be surprised if they actually gave me an expired vaccine as well.

Pharmacists are lazy and incompetent. Refuse to do their jobs. I’d give a 0 if it were possible. Have had multiple bad experiences, last night took the cake.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy is always understaffed so nothing is ready when it says it is. Today I experienced a new pharmacist who was incredibly rude to both customers and her coworkers. She continued to boast about being “the fastest pharmacist in the district” while providing the slowest, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at this location. I waited 1 hour for a script that was supposed to be ready and eventually gave up and left. I think it’s time to switch pharmacies.

verry horrible cvs location to shop at. I used to work at cvs pharmacy and have never seen a store worse than this one. there is no cashier available to help. there is no help when the self checkout needs attention

Firstly, after waiting for an excruciating 30 minutes, I was informed that they had only managed to provide me with the antibiotics and not the crucial pain medication.But the incompetence didn't stop there. When I arrived home and opened the antibiotic bottle, I was met with an infuriating surprise – a single pill instead of the prescribed four-day supply. It's as if they couldn't even handle the simplest task of packing the correct amount of medication. This blunder showcases their utter inability to follow even the most basic instructions.The most concerning aspect of this ordeal is the doubt it casts on the ability to read prescriptions accurately. Especially in the context of dental implant procedures, where antibiotics and pain relief are paramount to a successful recovery, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. I was incredibly sick and needed to start taking my medications ASAP. My doctor called at 9 am to get the meds sent to CVS as soon as they opened (9 am). It’s now 10:35 am and there is still not a pharmacist in sight. STORE Employees have called trying to find their pharmacists. A line of patients waiting has formed. This is completely unacceptable behavior for these professionals given their clientele is people who need access to medication and the fact that none of their co-workers can locate them.

Zero stars if I could. First of all they don’t have any thing stocked. Their stuff is ALWAYS empty. And then you never have an employee anywhere to be found. I was using self checkout. And as self checkout does it randomly told me I needed to wait for assistance. So I waited there for 10 mins. Could have just walked out honestly ? but she comes strolling up talking on the phone tells me she has to ring me up. So I have all the coupons I’m using in my card already, I tell her to use all the coupons that pop up. She used none of them. And I’m aggravated they never have any makeup or nail products stocked ever. The security guard is the nicest most vigilant person in there. Avoid this cvs every time

One of my medication‘s is a specialty order, and I worry that sometimes it’s difficult to get a hold of. I recently had to travel to PA for work, and was in town for a limited window. I had called this location and asked if it be possible to refill it at short notice. The woman working there actually called me back same day (Catherine?) to give me an update, and I was able to grab it on my way to the airport. I know CVS tends to be chronically understaffed and underappreciated, but the small interaction made a huge difference for me and deserved a shout out!

Easily the worst. Never had a good experience here, and will not be going back. All of the pharmacy staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful in the slightest. Love having to wait over 24 hours for my prescription to be filled because the pharmacist was feeling overwhelmed having 3 people waiting… Save yourself the frustration.
